When we first arrived, we had a couple of questions and the host was quick to respond and really helpful, which made getting settled easy. The location and locker were super convenient with easy access to the lift. The outdoor hot tub and pool were an awesome way to unwind after long days of skiing. The bed was very comfortable, and the place felt cozy and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

Would rent Snowflower #4 again

We had a great trip and the studio condo worked well for the two of us. The unit was as described. Easy check-in/check-out process. Great location, short walk to the lifts from the heated ski lockers. The complex has adequate parking and a nice workout facility. Appreciated, the good coffee-maker (we brought our own but there were coffee, filters, and Keurig pods in the unit when we arrived). We were happy to have a powerful blender, which we used everyday for smoothies. The unit has high quality bath towels, comfy couch for relaxing and comfy bed for sleeping. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and the owner was quick to respond. We would rent Snowflower #4 again.

Only had one night and it was a great spot for Park City! The host was very easy to work with when I had issues with the VBRO and needed some details. Five stars for sure.

Just what we were looking for

We wanted a true ski-in/ski-out property at a reasonable price, and this was it! Next we wanted a convenient hot tub; we got that, too! As a bonus there was free covered parking, a very comfortable bed, a ski locker, and lots of little thoughtful amenities. The only downside is that the walls could use more insulation against noise within the common areas. It was quiet every night, though, so we will keep the five star rating and definitely stay here again!

Location canā€™t be beat

Truly the best value for one of the only few true ski-in/ski-out locations in PC. Walked right out of the condo onto the mountain base at Eagle Lift. Weā€™ll stocked kitchen and very comfortable/cozy quarters. Not the most spacious unit but for 2 people, we had no issues. Giant heated pool and separate hot tub are a must after a long day on the slopes. Will provided ample detail and prompt communication. I would very much recommend this place and will likely book again on our next stay.

Amazing Location

This is a great property for 1-2 people. The location is perfect - steps away from First Time, 3 Kings and Eagle Lift. Very close to grocery store and bus routes. Kitchen space is well equipped. Communication with owner was speedy and efficient.

Great condo with unreal access to the ski hill

This place is perfect for a couple doing a ski trip to park city. The condo is located just a couple of step from the First Time ski lift. The condo is cozy and the complex has a great hot tub as well.

Wonderful location, cozy, perfect set up

We had a wonderful time in Unit 4. The condo was clean upon arrival, sanitized and felt like home. Great location for ski in and ski out, close to Main Street for shopping and dining. The owner was available to answer any questions we had - will definitely be back!

Amazing location for skiing. Great place for an individual or couple. Easy to find condo with nice locker room for ski gear. Probably about 25 steps from locker room to the slopes. Great communication with the host, pre-arrival, shortly after check-in, day before departure. If you are in Park City for the mountain, this is the place to stay!

Couldnā€™t have asked for anything better

You honestly couldnā€™t have asked for anything better for the price. Will was a fantastic host, answering all of our questions in a timely manner. We didnā€™t have any issues at all. The location is great as well. If youā€™re on a ski trip, you literally walk out of the condo door, walk about 50 feet, go through the locker room, walk another 50 or so feet and youā€™re on the mountain ready to get on the lift. We also enjoyed the hot spas that were available to us. Note: if you want to use the pool or hot tubs and it is before 4pm, you will need to ask the front receptionist to have them uncovered. It opens at 10am, but they donā€™t uncover them until 4pm unless someone has asked to use them. We didnā€™t know this beforehand The condo was very clean, and comfortable. The Murphy bed on the other hand was a little uncomfortable. My girlfriend complained about it every morning, to the point we thought about going and purchasing a foam topper for the remainder of the trip. No worries though. Maybe consider getting a new mattress for the guests A++++ experience! We will back next season

Overall, great place for 2 adults or 2 adults and a kid to stay!

The Eagle lift is located just behind the building. You walk through the locker room by the pool and jacuzzi up the stairs to get it line. Very convenient. The free bus routes were within short walking distance making it easy to get to Main Street and the grocery store. Would stay again.

Best VRBO we have rented. The slopeside locations is absolutely perfect and Will went above and beyond to communicate and make sure our every need was met. Place is well stocked and amenities are perfect. Will be back!

Just what we needed

It was exactly as advertised. We didnā€™t ski but the location was ideal for skiers. Owner communicated with me within seconds when I struggled with the Tstat. (User error). Look forward to coming back.
