Perfect Ski in Ski out - Snowflower #112

This wonderful 2-bed, 2-bath condominium (980 sq. ft.), is in much sought after Snowflower complex at Park City Mountain Resort, located just steps away from the Eagle and First Time trails. Remodeled for 2023 with new flooring and kitchen counters. Spacious master suite has king-size bed, large ceiling fan with shower and bath; second bedroom has a queen bed with twin XL over, ceiling fan and a separate bathroom with shower and deep hot tub! New queen-size sofabed in living room. Fully equipped, modern kitchen to cater for 8, with breakfast bar and separate dining table. Living room with cozy gas fireplace, internet enabled cable TV with sound system & free high-speed wi-fi internet. Assorted puzzles, games & cards complete a cozy night in after a long day on the mountain! Balcony with views through the trees of The Uinta mountains to East. (facing away from ski runs, ensures a quiet night without disturbance of snow-making equipment and groomers!)

Guests have full access to heated locker room with private lockable ski locker, and tuning bench for safe storage of skis & boards.
Fully equipped modern fitness room is in next building and there are two heated outdoor pools, one adjacent to the condo (can look down on it from just outside front door) and second a short walk away. Two tennis / pickle ball courts, several barbecue grills and picnic tables on shady lawn outside condo are perfect for summer use.

Happy to help with discounted rates for equipment hire and suggestions for what to do whilst in town - where to eat, airport transfers etc.

Snowflower is unique in Park City because it offers truly ski in ski out accommodations in a secluded private setting. There is no road or late night street noise in this development. In the summer, it has beautiful cool and shady areas to enjoy, and these transform into a safe winter wonderland for kids in the winter.

Condo is 200m to the local bus route, which takes you all over Park City, and to grocery stores, liquor store, cinemas etc.
There is a covered heated garage and each guest will have access to a parking permit for the duration of their stay.

Great for families

Great location. Took the eagle lift every morning and avoided the crowd at the base and the early morning crowds at Bonanza. Easy walking to restaurants in the village. Short bus ride to town. Didn’t need a car.

perfect ski in/out

Fantastic trip! Snowflower is in a great location with many amenities. The ski locker room is clean and warm and just steps to the Eagle lift . The condo itself is great, perfect size for four skiing adults. The 2 bedroom/ two bath works great. The condo shared hot tub is very large and very clean, perfect to ease sore muscles. There is covered parking in which large pickups and suv's fit. There also is a great bus network that takes you downtown Park City, or you can walk in 20 min. Buses also go to Canyons. The condo itself has a nice living area with a warm gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and plenty of extras throughout. Susie is a great host and we will definitely be back.

Outstanding location. Well furnished, clean, comfortable beds, and equipped kitchen. Covered parking, ski lockers, and a heated pool on property. Susie is most attentive and helpful!

Perfect Park City condo

Wonderful condo right next to a chair lift- covered parking garage was perfect and convenient and it was a 5 minute drive to Main St. Overall a perfect ski in and ski out space for a group in Park City and we had a great experience staying here. FYI- laundry room requires quarters, so bring some or make a point to get some if you plan on using the machines.

Convenient ski stay

We enjoyed our stay! The unit is conveniently located to ski in and ski out. The beds were comfortable, water, pressure and temperature in the showers are also very good. Property manager was very responsive. Uber conveniently picks up/drops off in the garage. We had a wonderful ski vacation.

Summer in Park City

We had an outstanding stay at Susie's Snowflower condo at the base of PCMR! The condo was well-equipped and met all our needs! Susie was very attentive in providing information about the condo and activities to do in the area. There are many things to do in the immediate area. For winter use, this is a ski-in/out property! Park City Great Location!

Great Location! Easy in and out for parking and skiing. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of four. Would have liked more towels or bigger towels for hot tub/pool. Great facilities with laundry room close and hot tub close.

Ski Trip

This location was perfect for a few days of skiing. We had easy access to the mountain and we were close to town. The condo was clean and well maintained. Susie was very help with any questions we had.

The location can't be beat

The condo is spacious, Susie is the epitome of professional, responsive & helpful, but the very best thing about the property is its rare slope slide location. Easy walking access to not just one, but five lifts, all clustered together. Invaluable on busy days to beat the crowds and/or when schlepping kids and all their gear in addition to your own! Just a note on Uber/Lyft in case its helpful for trip planning - found them to be way more expensive than expected with long wait times and frequent cancellations. One example: Booked a ride back to the airport with Lyft but each allocated driver always cancelled before reaching us (presumably for a more profitable opportunity). Switched to Uber and experienced the same and after 6 driver no shows and more than an hour of waiting in the freezing cold after checkout, we had one of Susie's recommended transport services rescue us.

The best location!

This location is amazing for a ski in/ski out property. They have a very convenient ski locker room on the first floor and an elevator up to the 2nd floor where the condo is located. Plenty of room in the condo and has everything you’ll need, it’s older but well maintained. My only complaint is not having laundry in the condo and the laundry room (which is very close by) only takes quarters. I’ve stayed in places where the machines take check cards so you don’t have to remember to get coins while you’re out and about. The condo is also located away from the slopes so you won’t hear the grooming machines all throughout the night and early morning, they can be very loud. We will definitely stay here again. Susie was great to communicate with too, and thought of everything you may have questions about.

Awesome Park City stay

We loved staying at this condo. Couldn’t possibly be a better location for ski in and out access! Hot tub was perfect for after a long day on the slopes too! I highly recommend this property and I would come back in a heartbeat!

The stay was amazing and we are super happy with location. Thr property manager was friendly and available. The accommodations were clean and we love getting in the Jacuzzi after skiing all day 😀

Enough room for family of 5

Our family enjoyed staying at this property. It is a true ski in/ski out with comfortable beds and was well equipped. That being said if you have small children who need to be at ski school before the lifts open at 9:00, there is a short uphill walk to get them there timely. The location is great! You ski down to the first time lift to start your day and can ski right up to the walkway for lunch or the end of the day. The locker downstairs to store your equipment is easy to get to and use. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals there and is close to several restaurants and stores. Parking was easy and spots were available each time we came back. Would definitely stay here again!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

With a family of 4 children, I have learned the hard way that Ski-on Ski-off makes for the best experience. We chose the Snowflower complex in Park City because it has the best value access to the snow and the location is beautiful. We have a spacious, quiet, 2 bedroom condo, with beautiful rural views as well as great summer and winter amenities on site, yet we are also directly on the mountain and within minutes of the buzz of Main Street and grocery stores etc.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The woodland view is stunning, especially in the fall. We love the quiet aspect of the condo, and the Snowflower resort complex in the summer. For winter, the location, right on the slopes says it all!!!
