The balcony views are 3 directional. You can see the Gulf of Mexico, Clearwater Beach, and the Clearwater Bay/Intercoastal! The living area and balcony offer front row experience when it comes to sunsets, watching boats, dolphins, and manatees.

This condo comes with a nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities of home. The large main bedroom has great natural light, a king-size bed, wall to wall closet, a ceiling fan, and an updated private spa shower. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, wall to wall closet, and a ceiling fan. This room has a separate hallway bathroom with a shower tub.
