Please note that due to Hurricane Helene not all amenities are available at this time. However, both pools ARE open!

Captain's Quarters is a spacious, yet cozy, two (2) bedroom, one and a half bath, two-story unit located on the 2nd floor within the Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominiums.

On the 2nd floor of the unit, you will find an extremely spacious master bed room that is furnished with a king size bed along with a chair that converts to a twin sleeper. There is a large closet with built in drawers, a smart tv, and a mini fridge. The second bed room has two twin beds, smart tv and plenty of closet space with built in drawers.

There is a half bath on the 1st floor of the unit, while the full bathroom upstairs is equipped with a washer & dryer.

And, if more room is needed to accommodate a good nights sleep, the living room sofa turns into a queen sleeper. There is a smart tv and sound bar system in the living room as well.

The screened in patio has plenty of space for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or winding down at night with a glass of wine! There is a flat screen tv there as well.

The kitchen is equipped with an ice maker and water dispenser refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine. The adjacent dining room sits 4 comfortably, but has room enough for six.

Whether you are looking for some fun in the sun or just a relaxing beach getaway, Captains Quarters is the place to stay! Perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat!

This waterfront community is just a short walk (1.5 blocks) to the beach and located across the street from R.O.C. Park. (https://madeirabeachfl.gov/r-o-c-park/) You can also enjoy some fishing directly off of the pier which is steps away from the unit.

You'll find just about all of the necessary beach items in the closet on the first floor of the unit, along with sports equipment for kids of all ages to take to the park.

Located just a mile away from Captain's Quarters, you can explore John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, a rustic waterfront complex with plenty of shops, restaurants & water recreational activity.

Great location!

We had such a great time here this is the second time we stayed at Maderia Beach Yacht Club. This unit was very nice could use some updates, and a more thorough cleaning. But over all the owners were great in responding to our needs and it had everything we needed. Loved being so close to the pool too.

Condo #317G was an awesome unit!!! Close proximity to the small pool. Nicely decorated and clean. The king bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. Tons of beach items, even a wagon. Walkable to many stores, restaurants, and bars. The Host Bill was super helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend #317G. We would rent for it for next year but its already booked.Barb from Michigan

Great location!

Location was the best. Tennis and basketball courts across the street, very convenient. A lot of things for teenagers to do. Plenty of items in the house that were very helpful at all times. Pool was within a minute walking distance, quiet and peace place ever. Thanks for accommodating our request.

Great place near the beach

This place was a perfect home away from home. We are local had to find a place to book last minute because we had to wait to get our air replaced at our home. We were so lucky to find this place last minute. Any questions I had in booking and during our stay were answered by Bill almost immediately via email or phone. Area is great- we enjoyed the pool, library down the street, beach and even played tennis at the park steps from the condo. This gem of a place made a last minute staycation great for my family.

Wonderful Stay in Madeira Beach

Our family was more than happy at this wonderful condo in Madeira Beach. Check-in was instant and easy and the property owners and the property managers were very responsive to our inquiries and requests. The property location was perfect perfect perfect! The pool is conveniently located just a few steps away. The park across the street was beautiful and had a splash pad for the kiddos, The beach was a short walk away, and I was so happy that the condo had a beach wagon for us to haul our beach gear, as well as our little guys. There's a CVS and a Winn Dixie conveniently located next to the property as well. Our family stayed an entire month, and we had a great experience here!

We would definitely stay here again! Very beautiful place and a great location! My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room itself. It wasnā€™t terrible but there were definitely some corners cut. After just walking around for a short time our feet were black. Luckily there was a lot of cleaning supplyā€™s for us to use so weā€™re able to clean it up a bit. Other than that though the stay was great! They had plenty of fun beach stuff for us to use as well as all the kitchen supplies we needed for cooking!

Perfect location

Location was convenient to the beach, food and grocery. The beach gear was a huge plus. Unit had everything you need. The kitchen was equipped. Itā€™s nice to be able to cook your own food when weā€™re tired of eating out all the time. Washer/dryer was great to have. Owner was very responsive. We visited Clearwater beach and Siesta keys but for us Maderia beach was our favorite because it was our kind of pace. Johnā€™s Pass was really fun to visit too. We experienced our most memorable golden hour on the beach. It is etched in our mind forever.

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed here over the 4th of July week and had a great time. Beach and ROC Park were a short walk away from the condo. The community is situated along a canal with boat docks so the kids were able to fish off the docks. We had a close-up view directly from the docks of the 4th of July fireworks. If you like Thai and Sushi, Thai Star Sushi Bar is a few minutes away, as well as other restaurants. If you want to venture out, head to Fort De Soto State Park, very nice beach and not crowded at all. The condo itself was very spacious with all of the amenities needed, although the floor could have used a thorough mopping, the bottom of our socks were pretty well soiled after a few minutes of walking around. Overall this is a great unit with a screen in porch. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent place and perfect location!

This place met and exceeded all my expectations. The location is very close and walkable to several restaurants, bars, ice cream shops and the public beach access. The Winn-Dixie grocery store and liquor store are also walking distance. John's Pass is a very short drive (its walkable if you want to). The place had plenty of towels, and chairs for the beach. The unit is very modern, the living area and master bedroom are spacious. The community is gated and relatively quiet. One of the two pools is less than 50ft away. You can walk out the front door and get a view of the bay within 100ft, which included a boat slip assigned to the place, which I used and was great (you can use boat ramp at Madeira Beach Marina right across the street). Owner was great at communicating, and I had no issues.

Fine condo

This was a nice condo at a wonderful location. The park across the street offered activity, the stores and restaurants and beach all within .5 miles. The beach supplies were very helpful especially the wagon, tent and chairs. PROS: comfortable beds, location, well equipped kitchen, wonderful supplies for the beach if you're flying in. CONS: clearer instructions would be helpful for arrival (given a gate code but the one by the building was a keyed entrance--we needed to use the main entrance but the gate was up the entire week we were there anyways), it would be nice to have new towels as they were older and stained (but having linens was a plus for sure). Washer was helpful but full of mold (front loader) so don't use it unless you have to. Overall it's just fine. Nothing extraordinary, but for the price it's in line with what we'd expect!

Beau sĆ©jour de 7 jours Ć  cet emplacement. Condo bien Ć©quipĆ© avec la laveuse/sĆ©cheuse ce qui fut bien pratique pour les journĆ©es Ć  la plage. L'Ć©quipement de plage sur place bien utile. Il fut aussi agrĆ©able de pĆŖcher prĆØs de la propriĆ©tĆ©. Le condo aurait eu besoin d'un bon nettoyage de plancher avant notre arrivĆ©e mais le reste Ć©tait bien.

Great location

Our stay was awesome! Bill and Denise are fabulous owners, very attentive and responsive. The location of their unit is outstanding! Walking distance to Winn Dixie, restaurants, night life, the beach and so much more. Their unit is equipped with everything you need. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. The complex has water access that allowed friends to pick us up by boat. Thank you for a great stay, we enjoyed every moment.

Idealny apartament.

Wspaniały obiekt, znakomite położenie. Czysto i przytulnie. Znakomita baza wypadowa. Gorąco polecam. To wspaniałe miejsce. Blisko do sklepu , apteki, barĆ³w, plaży. Szkoda że nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej. 10/10 :) .

Amazing stay!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Dennis and Bills property. The location was amazing, making it easy to walk to the beach and giving us access to a grocery store that was walking distance. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing beach getaway.
