Club Carp North Beach

Renovated throughout with three bedrooms and two full baths. This kid-friendly home has a large fenced yard with a swing set, play area for the kiddos, and lots of extra amenities with families in mind. Comfortable outdoor dining area with fire pit and gas grill. Just steps to restaurants, shopping, and bars.

The beach is officially open and we have passes for you! The house has two passes and each pass is good for 4 guests. These passes are irreplaceable, so we ask that you are very careful with them and return them to the hook when you are done with them. Passes Not needed in the winter. See North beach website for details. More info is in our House Guidebook!

We also provide a ton of beach necessities - beach chairs, a wagon to haul your stuff, a beach umbrella, and games/beach toys. All of it is in the blue shed by the swing set, we just ask that you clean it up and return it where you found it before you check out!

Family Vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. We love staying here. It feels like home and we always hate to leave. The house and property are well laid out with plenty of space inside and out. Short walks to the beach and restaurants. We look forward to our next stay. Thanks

Nice little family getaway

Enjoyed the house very much, very nicely decorated, everything is in great condition with Toys and books for the little ones. Few restaurants, ice cream and the private beach all walking distance from the house. Totally recommend it. Note to take- It is far from town, so do your grocery and liquor shopping prior to getting there, closest shopping is about 20-30min from there. Also the Waterpark is open to public for the weekend, mom-Wednesday is only for residents.

Maryland Vacation

This is a great location close to the beach. Our family loved this house. It felt like home. We loved the large kitchen and the many windows throughout the house, specially the front bedroom. Our grandkids loved the monkey themed bedroom and swingset.The building out back had many beach toys, chairs, umbrella and wagon. Everything needed for a fun day at the beach. The house is just as described. We plan on staying here again in the future. We hated to leave.

Club Carp NB oasis

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was equipped to help entertain our toddler! From toys, space, outdoor play set, pack and play for sleeping with mattress. We also forgot our stroller and found 2 in their shed! The space was spacious and comfortable! Beautifully decorated! We highly recommend this space for families with littles! Timely communication! Plentiful accommodations and a beautiful little area all within walking distance to the pier, boardwalk, shops, kids park and ice cream! Just a 10 minute drive into Chesapeake Beach for groceries at Roland’s!

Amazing weekend at North Beach!!!

This was the best weekend with girlfriends! 6 of us met for a catch up and the home was the perfect location. We walked everywhere and were so comfy and cozy in Scott's set up. Thank you!

Our second stay!

We absolutely love this house! It is spacious and the open floor plan is great for gatherings. The outdoor space is excellent (even though we’ve visited in December) and we plan to return for a summer visit. We were able to prepare Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner using the provided utensils! Wonderful! Quiet and friendly community! Thank you Scott! Gloria

Bucket list

Club Carp is just the place we needed. A short walk to some fine dining and gift shops, but most of all the boardwalk and a beautiful view of the bay. Scott is a great host. Wish we could have stayed longer, but had to return to reality.

Cute spot so close to the beach and boardwalk

Generally, the property is cute and comfortable, and an easy walk to the beach as well as the boardwalk and lovely restaurants and shops. Minor inconveniences with no working icemaker, no cutting board, not enough beach towels. The sheets are microfiber, I would bring your own if that's an issue for you. Will happily rent again but will bring more comforts from home.

Beautiful Home; Great Location

This house is exactly as described and a beautiful home. It’s within walking distance to all of the restaurants in the small town and within a short drive to Herrington Harbour. If you’re traveling during the summer months, I would recommend bringing bug spray with you for the backyard (which is a lovely place to hang out other than the occasional mosquito). Also be mindful of the noise you’re making after hours as there are some neighbors who are strict on noise after 10pm. Overall though, the house was lovely and Scott was very accommodating and helpful!

Perfect North Beach getaway!

Scott’s place was absolutely perfect for us and our fur babies. The house is amazing and everything you may need is provided. Walking distance to restaurants and the boardwalk. The openness of the kitchen/living areas is ideal. Although the weather didn’t cooperate as we’d hoped, our next stay we hope to enjoy the awesome patio and porch! Fur babies enjoyed the fenced yard and the squirrels. Thank you Scott for sharing your home! Gloria

Lovely home

The home was amazing and bright with windows throughout. I love the open floor plan with kitchen dining and living area. Backyard looked amazing although it was too cold for us to go out (we are from FL and those 30s were kicking our butts). The home was very well stocked for everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed. Games for everyone, movies, and all popular streaming and more. Only down side is there is no true master suite and both full bathrooms are at the rear of the home however it is not a deal breaker as the home is a cozy size so its not a long walk (we were a family of 5 and had more than enough room). Cleaning crew should def pay attention under and behind the beds (a bit dusty). Overall an amazing home and I would def rebook without a question. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Super place to stay!!

We all enjoyed Scott’s place, close to everything in town, his place is very comfortable and Scott was great with communicating. We will be back when we are in the area again

Bridal Party House for local wedding

The house is beautifully renovated and the open concept was a huge benefit for the bridesmaids to come and get ready. The front bedroom has big windows for natural lighting for pictures and it’s a 6 min drive to Herrington on the Bay. Definitely recommend!

Very Nice Stay!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this property. House was in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other things to do. We had one rainy day, but was able to enjoy the comfort of the house. Traveled with my 10-month-old granddaughter and were very impressed at how much we felt at home. Would definitely come back here again!

Very nice home!

The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Very charming home, open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Very nice front and back yards, although you can't really sit outside without being visited by mosquitos. Great restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. There's a very nice beachfront walk just own the street, easy to walk to. We had a relaxing and fun family time:)

Home Away From Home

The host was very quick to respond and so helpful! The house had everything we needed and more, very child friendly, my friend brought her son and there were many accommodations for him like the playground set (which he loveddd) . The house is literally in walking distance of the private beach and restaurants! Definitely recommend hook & vine and Sweet Sues Bakeshop! And if you want to see a more beachy beach check out Breezy Point Beach it’s only a 10 min drive! The water park was a nice touch as well. Great getaway! Definitely would love to come back, thanks again for having us!

Perfect Stay!

Me and my groups of friends loved this property! We kept saying how clean, up to date and nice things that this house had. In addition it was a great location, 5 min from Herrington on the Bay and walking distance to other bars and restaurants and the beach. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we had to stay inside most of the time, but the house made it easy and never felt crammed! Would definitely recommend and / or would choose to stay here again if we come back to North Beach!
