Ocean House #1506 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 5th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1300 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with garden tub and shower and the middle bedroom has an attached bathroom with stand-up shower. King, Queen, Queen, Queen. No sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and living area. The kitchen seems small when we were all in it! It could definitely use some updating but we had a great time and would stay there again.

Loved our time there. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Beds were very comfortable. The unit had about everything we needed. Loved the pool! It was close to everything and since we went on the off season there were no long lines or traffic There was an issue with the sliding door to the balcony. It was very hard to close. We texted management and they were quick to come and fix it. They oiled the track but it only lasted a day. The air conditioner was loud in the second bedroom with the Queen bed and may need to be looked at. We visit Gulf Shores every year and this will be our go to home away from home. Can't wait to go back

Great vacation!

This is a great location, really close to everything. The condo was spacious and easy to find. The beach access was perfect for my aging family members with poor knees. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom as well.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, but the condo itself had some issues. In one of the bathrooms, the vanity siding was peeling up by the toilet. We had to wear our shoes throughout because our feet were black from the dirty floors when we arrived. The kitchen has very little cooking and no grilling utensils. And we didnā€™t feel their was much information given about the rules of the condo itself, so much that we had a very inappropriate encounter with the condo security one evening.

Perfect Accommodations for us!!

Arrived on Wednesday afternoon to find the elevator out of order - after 5 trips up 5 flights of stairs to get our belongings into the condo everything else was perfect! The view was amazing, the layout of the condo was perfect for our family. The pool was so nice. The grounds were very clean and taken care of. The condo location is excellent for all the local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay - will definitely return and we highly recommend!!

Overall the property was very clean and well kept. We had no issues with anything. The rooms were nice. Access to beach was nice. Overall we all had a great time! Would definitely come back.
