Come see why this Phoenix West condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix West. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, all new flat screen smart TV's in every room. 70” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 65" HDTVs in the master and a 65" TV in the Queen 2nd bedroom and a "43 flat panel in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd bedroom and two Queen Beds 3rd bedroom there is also a sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 10.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Come and enjoy all that this new Phoenix has to offer, please email to book a vacation to remember.



Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Not This Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had doors coming off the hinges and would not close to bedrooms. two bathrooms had faucets falling off. It had a total of four cereal bowls in it. We called the management company, had to leave a message and they never called back of sent anyone to fix the issues. Not renting from them again. It was doable but I am paying hard earned money for my annual vacation.

Everything was good except the floors appeared clean but it was obvious they had not been moped in some time. If you walked barefoot in the unit within a few minutes the bottom of your feet were solid black. So as soon ans you got out of the shower you had to put some type of shoes on. Also the fact that children can do the lazy river and pools with swimming devices but not the slide seems a little ridiculous. My 4 year old granddaughter was told she could swim in the slide area with her swimmers but could not go down the slide. Very disappointing. I am a rule follower by nature but some rules make you wonder what in the world are they trying to accomplish! Although most was enjoyable these two things are enough for us to most likely not to return.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. It is a huge pluse being able to park on the same level as the unit. It had amazing views as well and is always nice to sit and relax on the balcony. Lazy river and pool were relaxing and refreshing. Only downside but is out of hosts control is the price you pay for parking passes. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Great view and good amenities. However, the floors left our feet completely black, toilet didn’t flush, electrical outlet broke both while we were there gfci, called maintenance and they no showed us. Stayed broken through our stay. Lots of food underneath the couches. Not sure what the cleaning crew cleans that we paid hundreds of dollars for, linens I guess. Cleaning was a joke in our unit of 506.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us stayed here for spring break, four adults and four teenagers. The space is great. Four full bathrooms. We never felt on top of each other. The parking garage is right outside the door with plenty with carts available. Unloading and loading was a breeze. The view was amazing! Took our breath away when we walked in. Beds were nice. Huge washer and dryer. Both a regular coffee pot and kureg. The lazy river was a hit even for the adults. The beach was great. Staff was very friendly. Workout room was very nice too. Suggestions, bring your own non stick skillet. We had to go and buy one as they only have stainless cookware and everything kept burning. The oven does not get up to temperature so baking times were longer. There was only three bowls and with kids eating cereal there wasn’t enough for each. It was very clean expect the floors. Right away after we unloaded and settled in we noticed everyone’s feet were black on the bottom. Not sure what it was from, even resorted to wearing socks which turned black. Even with the above we would stay here again knowing what we know. It was our first time to the area and will defiantly come again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we very pleased except for the floors turning our feet black immediately. I emailed 2 times a complaint about floors and had lost a diamond earring to look out for and never even heard a reply back which was very disappointing.

Beautiful

The view was wonderful and the condo very neat and clean. We needed directions on using the television in the master bedroom. The screen door to the patio was very flimsy and as one of our Grandchildren was opening it she heard a rip. Our cell phone did not work in the condo. We had to go outside to get service. Overhead fluorescent light in kitchen was cracked, preexisting. Cold water handle in master bathroom needs repair. I know this sounds like several concerns, but we must say everything really is beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy GOD’S beautiful nature.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time getting away with family. There were a few cleanliness issues in the master bath. An issue with the oven that was quickly resolved. The parking passes had the wrong check out date at check in due to a system issue that I think security should have resolved instead of asking guests to take time out of there vacation and wait in line for new passes.

Check in was quick and uncomplicated. The unit was perfect for our needs. It was just as exactly as pictured. It provided easy access to our vehicles and all the amenities. Everyone totally enjoyed the beach, pools, and lazy river. We would definitely do it again.

Floor five perfect for the elevator situation and parking. The disposal was stuck, sent an email and it was fixed within the hour. We had a great time. Highly recommend. Oh and Roll Tide.

Best Condo We’ve Ever Stayed In In Over 30 Years Of Coming To OB!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been vacationing at Orange Beach for over 30 years and Phoenix West has become our favorite. It’s always clean and is centrally located to all of our favorite places to eat and experience (we especially love that Doc’s is now basically across the street!). But this particular room 🤩. It was BY FAR the best we’ve ever stayed in. Not only was check-in and communication with Phoenix Rentals easy, but the space was clean, very well decorated (none of that kitschy beach/floral themed mess. It looks EXACTLY how it is pictured in the photos), extremely spacious for our party of 7, and just overall amazing! The beds were extremely comfortable and everything we needed was there. The security on site was attentive and made us feel safe and looked after. We will DEFINITELY be rebooking this room in the future. Thank you for a memorable week at our favorite vacation spot.

Wonderful and Relaxing Vacation

The unit was very spacious and decorated nicely. The complex was great. The zero entry pool was great for kids and adults alike. The staff was super friendly, helpful provided anything we needed including help not related to the condo. The unit is in a great spot for parking, access to amenities, and views. Communication was great as well. Would definitely stay at this unit again.
