This newly built Pewaukee Lake home has 4 bedrooms 3.5. baths with 40' of lake frontage with private pier and commands magnificent lake views for miles. Walk, bike or boat to several restaurants and bars in our beautiful Lake Country area.
The home is 2,400 square feet divided between 3 levels, sleeps 11 people. PLEASE NOTE: No parties are allowed. No additional guests over capacity of 11 are allowed.
This Tourist Rooming House is inspected annually and is currently licensed by Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health, ID No. HDEH-CMTPJY. Wis. § Statutes 66.1014 allows for a 6-night minimum. The well water is also tested annually by Waukesha County Division of Environmental Health.
A 3-Hour Boat Tour with Boat Captain is available for $300 or 2 hours for $250. If you just want to kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride, Captain Gilly will serve as your Boat Taxi touring the parameter of the 5-mile long lake, drop you off and pick you up at any of the 3 restaurants on the lake or Downtown Pewaukee restaurants. Enjoy events on the boat tour such as a water ski show @ Downtown Pewaukee Thursday nights or enjoy live music on Wednesday nights called Waterfront Wednesdays @ Downtown Pewaukee. You're also welcome to park your own boat at the pier during your stay.

MAIN LEVEL: Living room, kitchen, half bath and a small balcony overlooking Pewaukee Lake off the kitchen. Kitchen offers all new high-end appliances including 6-burner gas stove, oversized fridge with ice maker, beverage fridge, microwave, dishwasher and reverse osmosis drinking water.
UPPER LEVEL: All 4 bedrooms (including the master suite), 2 full baths and laundry. The upper master suite offers more panoramic lake views including sunsets to the west and Downtown Pewaukee to the east. Master bedroom offers a desk/work area. Master bath offers double sinks, water closet and oversized walk-in tiled shower with glass shower doors. The second full bath upstairs offers a tiled shower over tub and one sink.
LOWER LEVEL: Game room lounge offers a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a 3rd full bath. Game room has smart TV, ping pong table, kids basketball hoop, multi-player dart board, and cocktail size arcade machine with over 400 games including Pack Man and Galaga.
2.5 car attached garage.

INTERNET/WIFI: 400 Mbps Internet WiFi good for HD streaming on multiple devices, Online gaming & Supporting multiple connected smart home devices.

OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA/PRIVATE LAKE FRONTAGE: Outdoor lounge furniture, fire pit, propane grill, propane, and private pier.

For everyone's safety and security, we have an outdoor video camera @ the driveway entrance. We also live in the neighborhood so we are nearby if you need us.

Each hotel, motel, and tourist rooming house shall provide a register and require all guests to register their true names and addresses before being assigned sleeping quarters. The register shall be kept intact and available for inspection by representatives of the department for at least one year.
