RIVERBEND RETREAT ENTIRE HOUSE WATERFRONT OASIS WITH HOT TUB

BEAUTIFUL DUPLEX WITH AWESOME WATERFRONT VIEWS OF THE VERMILION RIVER ON THE WATERFRONT DECK OFFERING A FIRE-PIT, SEATING AND HOTTUB.
The home is a Duplex with 2 separate units, each with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining and living rooms with access to front deck offering seating with fire pit, year round hot-tub and two 34 foot boat docks (spring,l summer and fall) or the entire house for larger families or families traveling together offering 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and all the amenities including large riverfront deck with seating, fire pit and hot tub. Also offers two 34 foot boat docks for use for addition $100.00 per stay.. Please note, we only rent out the house on a weekly basis (7 night minimum) during May thru September and we will consider weekend rentals and there is a (2 night minimum) during the Fall and Winter months.
(Please note that the boat docks are available only in the spring and summer months, and some of the Fall. They are taken out of the water on November 1st for winter storage) All of the docks in the entire City of Vermilion are taken out of the water by November 1st for winter storage. We also do not have a boat launch, you would have to launch your boat at the public marina (about 5 minutes away) We have a concrete driveway on the east side of the house which would hold a vehicle and empty boat trailer) But the waterfront deck is only feet from the Vermilion River and you feel as if you are right on the water when relaxing on the deck. We are also a pet friendly. Our Riverbend Retreat offers you an oasis with the feeling of being in a world all your own. Please note: we only rent out the property for a (4 nights minimum) during May thru September and weekends (2 night minimum) in the Fall and Winter months. Winter is fun sitting on the deck watching the snow mobiles zoom by on the frozen river or try out ice fishing thru the local marinas.

WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR PARTIES WITHOUT SIGNING A SPECIAL AGREEMENT AND HAVE THE APPROVAL OF THE OWNER. IF IT IS FOUND THAT THERE WAS ANY PARTIES HELD ON THE PROPERTY ANYWHERE, THERE WILL BE A $1,000.00 FEE FOR FAILURE TO RECEIVE PERMISSION.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY FISH CLEANING ON THE PROPERTY OR INSIDE THE HOME. There are fish cleaning companies in town.
PLEASE NOTE - DO NOT CHANGE ANY DECOR, FURNITURE OR FIXTURES (DO THAT IN YOUR OWN HOUSE). IF YOU DO, TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY IT WAS FOUND! IF WE FIND OUR HOUSE CHANGED IN ANY WAY, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND STAGING FEES TO PUT THE HOUSE BACK THE WAY WE (THE OWNERS) HAD IT! IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING, DON'T LEAVE IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIND, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO IT CAN BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. There is a House Manual which explains how to use everything in the house. PLEASE READ IT!!!
