Beautiful, open floor plan, ideal for a family weekend getaway, girl's trip, or vacation house for Marine Corps graduation and family visits in a gorgeous and remote area. This home features a large, spacious family area and bedrooms. Feel at home in the immaculate farmhouse style kitchen, with coffee and breakfast bar. Enjoy the amazing scenery on St. Helena Island or explore the local Beaufort area. You're located just 5 minutes away from Penn Center, 5 mins from Agapae Oaks wedding venue, and 15 minutes from Hunting Island Beach and State Park. You're also 15-20 minutes from Naval Hospital Beaufort, 15-20 minutes from Parris Island, and 20 minutes from MCAS!

Personal transportation, customized cakes/baked goods for special occasions and Southern/Gullah meals can be purchased upon request.

Pets are allowed, upon host approval with a fee. Fee is $75 PER PET/PER STAY (Max of 2 pets!!). You are responsible for your pet and damage caused by your pet. You will be charged an additional fee if pet damage is discovered after your stay!

The host was very welcoming . The house had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Beautiful place. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it. Graduation at Parris Island Marine bootcamp. 30 minutes away. Getting up early and coming back late. Even my kids were upset we couldn't enjoy the place. Plenty of room. Plenty of games for the family to play. Place was nice and clean. The only thing we had issues with was the wifi. We couldn't connect to the tvs. We were able to cast from our phone. We had 9 people so thats alot of phones. Overall perfect place for a family vacation. Nice front porch and deck. Peaceful and quiet.

Peaceful & Quiet

Some of my golfing buddies played a two day tournament over on Fripp Island. The house was clean and equipped with everything you would need for your visit. Very secluded and quiet. Good looking house and decorated nicely. Good communication with the property manager. Answers questions very quickly. Hope stay there again next year.

Great place to stay for PI graduation

My family really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and offered a lot of space for my family of 10. We did bring two air mattresses for the younger kids to sleep on. The location is very remote but Walmart and Publix are less than 10 minutes away so that was very convenient. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area because of the trees but we did have bug spray so it helped a lot. Overall, we would definitely come back!

Farmhouse Stay

Beautiful spacious property in quiet rural neighborhood. Very clean with lots of extra towels and blankets. Will definitely book again.

Not accurate listing

The place was really nice. It was welcoming and clean inside. That’s the pros. The cons, it’s listed as having a hot tub, which is the only reason we picked this one. It doesn’t have one. It lists having tvs in each room…which, technically is true. But there was one remote that didn’t work in the master bedroom and no remote at all in the double bedroom. The only usable one was in the living room, which spent most of its time buffering because of the bad wifi. Upon checkout, we went to empty the trash into the garbage cans as requested, and they were filled to the top from past renters. So, good enough for what we needed it for, but I wouldn’t go again.

Great spot for large family attending family day & graduation at PI

Home recently renovated and decorated perfectly to my wife's tastes! 30 minute ride to Parris Island. Great restaurants, food stores within 10 minutes. House located down a dirt road but seclusion was acceptable after long days on PI. Recommended home to a friend who has a son training on PI and will graduate soon.

Own personal island

This house was a wonderful stay. Everything in home is modem up to date with new appliances. The house was fully equipped with towels , blanket, wash cloths etc…. It’s More than enough space In this home to invite family, friends to come stay with you and not feel bunched up. The home is far enough off the road to where you feel secluded enough i& can’t be bothered but the location is close to everything in the town. Spacious back patio that makes you want to sit outside the whole vacation . Beds were comfortable & there was a tv In every bedroom. The owners were easy & always available to talk when called. Very understanding and will work with whatever situation occurs. I’m elated the home owners we’re so courtesy I would go back just cause they are the host. Ask hosts about catering or food needs they will point you in the right direction!!!!!!

great find!

We found this stay while attending a wedding at the venue down the street so it was perfect! A little out there a hard to find at first because the GPS does not actually take you to the road but after the first time it’s easy. Communication was great and fast and the house was BEAUTIFULLY done!

Graduation weekend

Used this property during my daughters graduation from PI. House was nice, comfortable. Very clean and owners were very responsive when we had questions. Location is a bit remote.

Beautiful spacious home

Our family had a great stay. The kids liked having their own room with a tv in it. We used the well stocked kitchen for many meals. Loved being just a short drive from our favorite beach, Hunting Island State Park.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was very clean and had almost everything that we needed. My family enjoyed sitting on the large porch. The property owners were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arriving and while there. We would definitely consider going back.

Nice getaway

This place was really nice and well stocked with towels, blankets, and the essentials that we needed. (We did see the iron lol) Loved the peacefulness of the area and we were only about 20 minutes or so from the beach! I would definitely stay again and send some of my clients as well. Thank you so much for being a great host.

Beautiful home!

This was my first time doing a VRBO and there was a misunderstanding on my part when I received an email that the home was ready. When we got to the home it was amazing. Secluded and just a beautiful home. The beds were comfortable except for the 2 twins in the back bedroom. Needs better mattresses. Thank you Mr & Mrs Brown for letting us stay in your home.

Great Property

We enjoyed this home very much. The location was far enough away but also close enough to all of the restaraunts on St. Helena and Lady's Island. You are also just a short drive to Hunting Island. The house was much larger than expected and had plenty of room for all of our guests. The kitchen was very well stocked. Our only complaint, which was very minor is that we could not find an iron. We were able to throw our clothes in the laundry for a few but with unloading clothes from suitcases, an iron would be a nice add. All in all, we loved the property and would definitely revisit!
