Welcome to Butter Street Retreat! A secluded treetop escape located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains with panoramic views surrounding you from every room.

The sunrise to sunset mountain views follow you from room to room (the pictures can't do them justice!). Featuring a covered hot tub, indoor wood-burning stove, outdoor bonfire pit, and private saltwater pool (heated seasonally) located on 7 quiet wooded acres. Interior features include large kitchen designed for gathering, coffee bar with everything you need, dining room with walkout deck, generous great room, lookout room with incredible views and wrap around deck, game room (w/ arcade games, Nintendo, Sega Genesis, Smart TV and dart board), beautifully renovated bathrooms, main bedroom with private deck, and anything you could need.

The home is specially designed for rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with your loved ones.

INTERIOR:
- Evergreen Room (master bedroom) includes 1 king bed and attached master bathroom. Opens to private deck with mountain views.
- Cascade Room (2nd bedroom) includes 1 queen bed, linen quilt, and generous closet.
- Bronze Room (3rd bedroom) includes 1 queen bed with twin bunk and pull-out trundle bed. Two closets.
- Great Room includes mountain views, sitting area, desk, pull-out memory foam queen sleeper sofa, and 70" TV.
- Look-out Room includes mountain views, deck access, sitting area, wood burning stove, pull-out memory foam queen sleeper sofa, and 70" TV.
- Dining Room includes large table with seating for 12. Breakfast bar seats 4. Mountain views with access to deck.
- Kitchen includes fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, glassware, blender, coffee maker (drip, single serve, french press, coffee grinder), toaster, spices.
- Laundry area is in the basement and includes high-end washer and dryer.
- Game Room is in the basement and includes Arcade machine with 300 retro games, Nintendo (NES), Sega Genesis, soft-tip dart board, couch, bean bags, and 65" smart TV.

EXTERIOR:
- Property: House is located on 7 secluded acres, mostly wooded. Area around house is professionally landscaped. Surrounding properties are also mostly wooded.
- Neighbors: There is one neighbor with a partially shared driveway. Neighbor's house cannot be seen from inside guest's house.
- Pool: In-ground, saltwater pool is professionally cleaned & maintained. Pool is typically used April - October. Pool heater will be on from beginning of March through mid-November, however please note that the weather needs to be consistently >55 degrees at night for the heater to work to its full potential.
- Hot tub has capacity for 6 people. It is fully covered from the elements and can be used year round. It is professionally cleaned & serviced before each guest.
- Bonfire pit is located outside the front of the house. Firewood is included with your stay.
- Weber Grill is located on the back deck and is available for your use.

- Wineries / Vineyards: Located minutes from Crest of the Blue Ridge Wine Country. Several highly rated wineries located less than 30 minutes away.
- Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC), 25 minutes away
- Antiques & Thrifting: Located minutes from downtown Landrum SC & Tryon NC. These are the best antique / thrifting destinations in the Carolinas
- Lake Lure / Chimney Rock: Best views in Appalachian Mountains, and filming location of Dirty Dancing
- Asheville / Biltmore Estate - Iconic destination located 45 minutes away
- Blue Ridge Parkway - America's most scenic highway!
- Hiking & Waterfalls: Plenty of good hiking trails & waterfalls nearby for all skill levels

GUEST ACCESS:
- Guest will have access to the whole house including pool, hot tub, wood burning stove, grill, and bonfire pit. Fireplace in Dining Room is not operable.
- House has smart locks for access. Code will be provided approximately 24 hours before check-in.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Rates reflect a 10% discount when 7+ nights are selected.
- Nightly rates vary depending on time of the year and day of the week, M-W is cheapest, F-S are highest.
- While the area is pretty secluded, we ask that our guests keep it quiet for those that do live in the area.
- Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed. $100 fee per dog applies.
- We try to have most service work scheduled for between guests, however various services may occur during your stay. These could include: pool & hot tub service (once to twice per week), landscaping (Wednesday or Thursday depending on the weather), pest control, garbage collection (Wednesday & Saturday morning), or other miscellaneous maintenance.
- We strive to have everything fully functional for every guest. Sometimes things break and we are unable to have things repaired or replaced in time for the next guest. No refunds or discounts will be given for one or more items not being functional. This includes appliances, grill, electronics, pool equipment, hot tub, arcade machine, etc.
- We are located in the Mountains and in the South. Yes, there are bugs. We have regular pest control service in place, and our cleaners pay special attention to areas that might attract bugs. Please note that no refunds or discounts will be provided if one or more bugs are found.
