Beautiful views from 6th floor condo on the beach!

Marco Island is the place to go for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. The Somerset Condominiums is a gated beachfront complex that offers private beach access, Pickleball and tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, a gym/workout room, and barbecue grills. Our building is on a wide beach lot so there’s plenty of room on the beach to sit and enjoy the sunshine.

You will enjoy the cleanliness of our non-smoking condo. We provide fresh linens, beach towels, and beach chairs with a cart. The bathrooms have glass showers, granite counters and excellent water pressure. There is a washer/dryer in the unit.

An open kitchen-dining- living room combination leads to a roomy balcony with panoramic views of the beach. It’s the best place to enjoy meals, look for dolphins, watch beautiful sunsets, star gaze and celebrate those special occasions. Our full service kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless appliances. Each bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 guests and 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has balcony access. The unit was completely remodeled in 2018 and is ready for your stay.

Once you venture out of the condo you have miles of beachfront to walk, swim or sit and enjoy. We recommend renting sailboats, parasailing or taking a jet ski tour to our famous 10,000 islands area. Rentals are provided by nearby hotels on the beach. There are also several wonderful restaurants accessible by a short street or beach walk.

Off the beach it is a short 5-minute walk to many wonderful restaurants, a movie theatre, a 7-11 and many shops.

Parties greater than 6 will be denied access per condo association rules.

Large gatherings of 8 or more people total, (includes renters) are not allowed in the unit at any time.
This is a 6th floor unit that is professionally cleaned weekly.
$150 Association Management Fee is guests' responsibility and due with rental application at least 10 days prior to check in date. Guest application and fee after booking.

Lessee or renter acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting season. Lessee agrees to Turn off balcony lights before 9:00 pm and to close blinds of all windows facing the gulf to minimize projection of interior lights as and such lights may disorient and adult or newly hatched turtles. Turtles are endangered and protected under Federal law. Substantial fines can be levied against occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse owner for payment of fines imposed for any violations during lessee's occupancy.
