Outside you'll feel as if you and your companions are the only guests at a luxurious tropical resort. The perimeter of the property is surrounded by lush foliage, offering the utmost in privacy and beauty. The screened-in lanai, with its sought-after southwestern exposure, is equipped with nearly every fathomable outdoor amenity (and an "indoor" half bath!). You may only need to go inside to view the amazing art and sleep.

In the garage you will find everything you need for your beach excursions, including 2 umbrellas, beach chairs, including zero-gravity beach chairs with cup holder attachments, coolers, and 3 beach wagons. You won't think twice about walking to the beach because the house is located 0.3 mi to the Maple Avenue public beach access point. If you need to drive, there are three public beach access points on the island with paid parking available (see Proximity to Points of Interest below). Space is limited so we recommend getting there early.
