7 bed 2 bath with a loft with 4 more beds
All wood pine walls stained concrete floors. All you need to enjoy your stay.
We are new to the renting of our cabin, but we hope you enjoy your stay. The marina is within minutes of the cabin and Greers Ferry lake is at the edge of our three lot area. We also have deer feeder in the back for you to enjoy the wildlife, but please NO hunting we have a camera facing the deer feeder for safety of our fur babies and see when they need more feed. We also will be putting a camera up that faces the driveway so we know the fence is never blocked for our neighbor.

Please NO food or drinks up in the loft area we want to keep carpet clean. We will charge extra cleaning fee off your deposit.
If trash is left inside cabin when you leave you will get an extra charge. All trash has to be in a bag before it’s put in trash cans outside.
Grills, oven and refrigerator must be cleaned if used or spills happen. My cleaner charges extra when grills are not cleaned after use.

My family and I have stayed here before and we had a great time! We made sure that when we saw the cabin was open for Labor Day, we jumped in it and booked it to make sure we had a nice place to stay again. The owner was quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. The cabin is also stocked with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare and cook your meals or whatever food you can bring. There was also plenty of space so the 12 people staying there didn’t feel cramped either. And the patio out back was huge and provided plenty of room for us to enjoy our meals out back before we would hang out by the fire pit! It’s also close enough to Sugar Loaf Marina that it’s an easy drive right around the corner to put your boat in the water. I would definitely recommend this cabin for your next visit to the lake!

Perfect for large families!

We discovered within an hour that this was the house for us! We spent the Labor Day weekend here with our kids and grandkids and everyone had a blast. Plenty of room for all and we loved that all adults had their own rooms. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and more to prepare any meal for a large group. Plenty of towels and tp. I was afraid only 2 bathrooms would be an issue but it wasn't at all. House was very comfortable and clean. The deck was perfect for the little one to play and be "contained". The walk to the lake is not bad. Maybe 5-7 minutes and it's a nice walk. The beach area is perfect with plenty of room to set up chairs and 2 canopies. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful! The only issue we had was getting the TVs in a couple bedrooms to work but that wasn't a huge deal. We didn't watch alot of TV anyway. The upstairs room with the games was a huge hit with the kids. We will 100% return!! It was such a great weekend of much needed family time.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

This cabin exceeded all our expectations! We had a large group and it never felt crowded plus the upstairs loft was the perfect setup for the kids and all the adults had their own room. The scenery at the beach was breath taking. We have already decided to vacation here next year!

Perfect laid-back locale

Our group of 11 had a great stay! Plenty of room for everyone with a half-mile trail to a private swimming/fishing spot. The hosts had stocked everything we needed and more. The kids (and husbands) enjoyed the arcade games upstairs, and I appreciated the gates to keep our toddler off the stairs and the ones keeping him contained on the back deck. The fire pit and patio seating were our favorites.

Excellent!

Very spacious and clean! Kitchen was very stocked! All the children enjoyed the upstairs loft/playroom area! The walk down to the lake isn’t bad at all. We were even able to use our beach wagon all the way to the waters edge! We all enjoyed our stay! We very much recommend this property!

Christmas Vacation

We found this property to be an excellent choice for our family’s After Christmas Christmas Gathering. Eight adults and six children under the age of 4 had plenty room to sleep and play. We watched the deer feed, made s’mores by the fire pit, and walked to the beautiful lake right out the back door. Very nice central Arkansas location for our family to meet up in. Great 3 days of family togetherness in a wonderful cabin on Greer’s Ferry Lake.

Perfect space for our extended family Thanksgiving

What a wonderful property for a large family gathering! My dad and sister live nearby in Vilonia but my daughters and I are from upstate NY and my brother and his family are from Oregon. We were all able to get together for Thanksgiving and spent a week together with all the cousins. The layout of the rooms and the open concept kitchen/family room were perfect for spending time together. The short walk to the lake was enjoyed by all and the younger crew took a short drive (twice) to hike sugarloaf mountain in Heber Springs. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

The house was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable, layout of house was great! Annette was quick to respond to questions! We had a great time. Walk to lake was a little farther than we had anticipated but it was a flat walk unlike other places we have stayed on Greers Ferry Lake.

Family Vacation

Our family from 6 to 66 enjoyed an amazing week at the cabin. Everything was clean, very well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the walk to the lake. It was nice to slow the teens down and chat with them.

Quiet Family Friendly Stay

This property was everything we were looking for. It was quiet and kid friendly! Plenty of room to accommodate a large family. Really enjoy watching the squirrels and deer around the feeder each morning!

Lake House Paradise

Pictures do not do this property justice. The cabin was perfect for our large family gathering (7 adults and 9 kids). Plenty of bedrooms for everyone with comfortable beds after a long day of lake fun. Cabin was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all the essentials you could need. Out back is a covered porch with plenty of seating, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the deer feed in the backyard. There is a swing set and playhouse for the kids, and a large firepit to sit around. Just a short walk down a gravel path is the lake. I can not say enough good things about Greers Ferry Lake. The water was super clean, and the sandy beach area was awesome for our family. There is a marina a few minutes down the road where we rented a pontoon boat and did some tubing. Every year our large group of 3 families takes a vacation together. We have done Disney, Six Flags, and various beaches in both Florida and Alabama, and this vacation is the only one where we have a general consensus wanting to make it a yearly tradition. I would 1000% recommend this rental.

Beautiful property and home.

Loved our stay. We had a few families, including 10 adults, and two children. There was plenty of room for everyone. We all definitely look forward to returning to this rental. The owners were easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend this rental.

Great place for families on the lake!

We had a fabulous time and the house was perfect for our three families. We loved the walk down to the lake and saw the prettiest sunset ever! The space was great for our kids and the kitchen was well stocked. Annette was easy to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. We will definitely be back!
