Parking in the main lot may be limited, especially after hours. Each one- and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

The fitness facility conveniently located on-site, is something everyone can enjoy as are complimentary DVD’s. Seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin Beach Resort is the perfect place to host your personal and professional large-scale functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0811 is a lovely one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Cozy up in the living room on the comfy sofa, sink back in cushy chairs, and catch a game on the flat-screen TV. Gather round the dining room table for a board game or take in a sunset on the balcony, directly overlooking the gulf. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of counter space for snack and meal preparation, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to get a restful night’s sleep. Settle in on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Start your day at HarborWalk Marina in the Destin harbor, just five minutes away! Rent a kayak, grab a meal, or spend the day shopping overlooking the crystal, clear waters of the emerald coast!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
