This gorgeous penthouse condo features 12' ceilings, sweeping panoramic Gulf views, a large wrap around balcony and 3 bedrooms each with it's own master bathroom. This is the ONLY end unit with floor to ceiling windows and 12' ceilings in the building! You'll enjoy unobstructed Gulf views and be able to soak in the beautiful Panama City Beach sunsets!

It is located on the 1st floor (lobby), which also houses the pool/hot tub area down the hall and reception. It will feel like you have the place to yourself as there are only 3 units on this floor. It is unit 108 but is actually on the 5th floor as there are 4 floors of parking garage below it. If you park on the top floor of the parking garage it’s just one set of stairs up to the unit. So no need to take the elevator unless you’re hauling luggage or large loads.

The floor to ceiling glass throughout different areas in the condo truly maximize the spectacular views. The master bedroom offers incredible gulf views and has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, double vanities, garden tub to relax in, and separate shower. A second master bedroom features floor to ceiling windows, an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The third bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and a bathroom with a tub. All bedrooms have high end king mattresses for maximum comfort!

The Palazzo is a luxury, low-density (17 floors, 129 units), and well maintained condominium located right on the beach on the West side of Panama City Beach. You will enjoy how easy it is to find parking, very little waiting for elevators and the wonderful amenities. Not only does it have 220 feet of sugar white sand beach, you can also enjoy the beach front heated pool, hot tub and fitness center.

The unit also comes with a set of beach loungers and umbrella for you to use. The condo also has 4 additional beach chairs you are welcome to take down with you as well as a cooler for your drinks. You are also welcome to rent another set of loungers or an extra umbrella if you'd like.

If you're traveling with kids there is a pack-n-play you are welcome to use as well as a booster seat.

The Palazzo is perfectly located on the West End of PCB so you can enjoy the quiet area but you are just minutes away from all of the major shopping and entertainment areas.
