We had a wonderful experience. The condo was everything that it showed on the pictures. Loved Long Beach resort. Book that condo was incredible to work with. Their communication was outstanding.

This place was amazing! I spent 7days there with my best friends. We loved that each of us had our own room and bathroom. The location was perfect. We spent many mornings sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful beach which was a few feet away. We also enjoyed the pool with a poolside bar and grill. I will definitely be coming back to this condo in the future.

Best resort in PCB! Cleanest condo on the beach!

We absolutely loved this condo and the rental experience. We've been spending Fall Break in PCB for over 10 years and have stayed at no less than 6 different condos at Long Beach - this was the cleanest one we've ever rented and the absolute best management company. Superb customer service and communication throughout our stay. When we arrived our code didn't work so I called and they reset it over the phone in minutes. Besides being clean, everything in the condo worked! You name it and we've seen it over the years. No issues here! We will absolutely work with Book That Condo again. Highly recommend!

Other than some cleaning and bug issues, this was the best condo we have ever stayed in. Might I suggest your cleaning people wipe the doors down (especially where the hand closes the door rather than using the door knob). All the doors were bad but the room with the two beds was the worst. Cabinets could use it as well. Also saw a couple of roaches and a few smaller bugs. The owners might want to know, if they don't already, that in the living room behind the curtains by the dining table, the wood framing the window is rotting out at the bottom. We won't mention any of this on the reviews because for the most part the condo was great.

Everything was as it was expected perfect location. I’m glad we weren’t closer to pineapple willies as that area of the beach was terribly crowded plenty of room for the six of us (3children). We’ve been running condos in Florida in Alabama for 10 years varying degrees of space and comfort.One thing I was surprised about is there was no cabinet with condiments from prior renters. We’ve always had a shelf with salt pepper, miscellaneous things that I’m sure could be left that doesn’t spoil. Would be very helpful.

We absolutely love this property. We already booked it for next year on the second day. It has everything you possibly need a common area three separate bedrooms with each of their own bathrooms. I highly recommend it to big families with it being the first floor one set of stairs right to the beach, it was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to go back. There was a hiccup with the check-in, but that does not reflect the property. Location is perfect. We didn’t have to travel very far to go to any of the local restaurants. We did have a today double red flag, but it did not affect us because of the pools that are around the property. We just went to the pools instead of the beach. I can’t say enough on how much I love this place.

Beautiful condo!!!

Absolutely GORGEOUS condo! Easy walk up one set of stairs, no need for elevators! Condo was decorated so beautiful and beachy, beds were very comfortable, no scratchy sheets! Kitchen has everything you need! See the beach from every room! Only suggestion I have and it's a BIG one (especially for people who have little ones with you) is to please add a BOLT lock on outside door! We were constantly worried about our 2 year old getting out because it was easy with the door handles! Highly recommend this to the owners! Otherwise we would stay here again for sure!!

Beautiful updated condo!

My wife and I, kids, and grandkids had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, updated condo! The kitchen was newly updated and very well appointed! The condo was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The 3 bathrooms appeared to be updated as well. A beautiful view of the Gulf from the back balconies! Even washing dishes had the same view! Great beach access and nice pools! It also seems to be located in a less crowded area. We would definitely return with our family at another point in time! The host clearly takes great pride in their property! She is very quick to respond to questions as well! We highly recommend this condo! The 8 of us had plenty of room. It is also close to many local attractions.

Unit was clean and spacious.Be aware Upon check-in we had portable units cooling the living room with hoses vented out of the sliding glass doors so we could not access the balcony through the main doors. They were having a/c problems and the bedroom in the back with the private balcony had a separate unit and the part to fix it was on back order for weeks as we were told by the maintenance man who had to come in and then move the portables from the LV to the bedroom because the air didn’t work.Maintenance had been putting Freon in it but the owner didn’t want to spend any more so they said just use portables instead. It took a good 24hrs just to get it somewhat comfortable in the bedroom and that is after my husband had to hook up a 2nd portable with hoses that was left there. Also we had to stuff towels and blankets around the sliding glass door because the hot and humid air was just blowing in. We didn’t even get to use our private balcony because the portable a/c has to vent outside. We also weren’t informed of this matter until we got the text that our room was ready for check in and they just drop the bomb about the a/c issues. It’s just frustrating that you spend this kind of money and travel here from another state and you have to deal with this. I have stayed at this resort before and have never had a problem. I will not be returning to this particular room # 106 tower 3

We’re very sorry the air-conditioning problems, portable units, and restricted balcony access disrupted your stay. We understand how frustrating it was to learn about the issue only as the condo became ready, especially after traveling from out of state and expecting full use of the unit. While our maintenance team worked to provide temporary cooling, the setup and length of time needed to make the bedroom comfortable were not the experience you should have had. We are reviewing both the repair situation and how this information was communicated before arrival. We’re glad the condo itself was clean and spacious, but we regret that the cooling issues overshadowed your visit.
