Excellent location and plenty of room.

Loved the pool and hot tub. However, the landscaping of the area was overgrown and unkempt. The patio furniture cushions were stained. The kitchen was excellent, up to date, well stocked and roomy. The furniture in the living room was uncomfortable: one small couch that sat three, and one small chair. All the rugs needed deep cleaning. Three of the bedrooms were good size. However the room with the bunks had no AC vent, therefore unable to use.The mattress in the master was so soft, not good for my back. The front patio was great, awesome views.

Enjoyed our stay

I'm not sure the pool was heated upon our arrival like I thought it would be but once I reached out about it the manager was on it promptly and soon the water was much more tolerable. There was PLENTY of space for the 5 of us and myself and my mom enjoyed the street facing patio in the early morning watching the moon go to sleep.

Family Visit to Fountain Hills

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We traveled with a small dog. We loved that the yard is fenced and we didnā€™t have to worry about losing our dog. There was a good supply of necessities. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, great property

We had a great stay. We love the Fountain Hills area and stayed in the area many times. First time at this house and it was great. There is ample room for a group or family. Great layout in the house and wonderful to sit and drink coffee on the front patio and then enjoy the backyard all afternoon and in the evenings. Pool was great and hot tub was a nice addition. Host was easy to get a hold.

Great spot for families!

We loved this place! The weather was rather chilly during our stay but we were still able to make use of the pool in conjunction with the hot tub, perfect for the kids. Pool was heated to 85 which was perfect, the house came with everything you could need and more. Comfy beds, great bunk bed room for the kids was quiet and secluded from the rest of the house. Will stay again!

Golf and Spring Training trip

Spacious property for 3 couples playing golf and attending Spring Training games. Location is situated around several amazing golf courses within a 15 minute drive and easy access to Diamondback and Giants baseball. Owner was easy to communicate with and the property was just as described on its listing

Beat the Heat in this Arizona Fouhtainhill Paradise

Couldn't of asked for a better feel like I'm at home vacation experience or for a romantic experience. The owners were quick to respond. This house had everything we needed and could ever asked for. There was more than enough room to accommodate everyone in our family especially our dog Loki. The swimming pool, hot tub, and jacuzzi were fabulous. Plenty of cooking room and places to sit. It was just an absolute relaxing time. Driving distance in every direction to food gas storesto get what was needed. I highly recommend this home for anyones next vacation.

place was great - so much privacy - few issues but Bart took care of everything same day. The pool was supposed to be heated - but was not turned on - however Bart called Maintenace and pool was heated and ready by the evening. Bathrooms do need updating otherwise very nice place.

Comfortable & quiet

Beds were very comfortable. I have back issues, so that is important to me. Beautiful sunrises, great location for our needs. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. It was nice to have a second bedroom with it's own bathroom. The only bummer was the extra blankets were all dirty. I suspect previous guests put them back that way and the cleaning people didn't know. We washed them- no big deal.

Not worth the money

Few things. We said we would be arriving late. Not a single light was left on. Had to fumble with phone light to find key box. ( why not a keypad on the door) Main suite mattress needs to be replaced. A foam pad is not a fix for a poor mattress. Just everything was the minimum.The pool was a little cloudy. The outside view was great.

Traveler beware

Property was not at all as advertised.The hot tub did not work, the iron didnā€™t work, they left a used sponge for us to use in the kitchen, bathtub didnā€™t drain, only pump soap in bathrooms (no bars) some of the light switches were so dirty we didnā€™t want to touch them, mattresses were terrible quality, kitchen is poorly stocked and the management was less than helpful with our request for a iron and to get the hot tub working. The iron showed from Amazon the following day mid morning. There is two small tables inside the house that each seat four. No place to gather at the table for family dinner. Needless to say we will not be going back.

Beautiful comfy home!

This home was beautiful and very comfy, accommodating my family of 5 very easily and we could have brought the rest of the family! We didnā€™t get to use the pool due to the pool heater not working, but they refunded my pool heating money. Itā€™s such a nice backyard. The driveway is very steep but we got used to it. The views from the front patio are gorgeous, the patio lights were beautiful. Everything was clean and all was well stocked with toilet paper, soap, kitchen ware etc. Beds were comfortable. I reported some issues with blinds etc when we first arrived so hopefully that will get fixed, but it wasnā€™t a big deal. (Just couldnā€™t use the living room blinds to see out the front patio door at the gorgeous views.) Pool table was an added bonus and so much fun. Thanks for a great stay!
