Property was good in good location. Mattress was terrible - lumpy and worn out Freezer should have ice-maker Lid in hot tub covering filter cartridge kept coming loose. Needed step stool as many other properties around this one had. Wooden lawn chairs near Fall River were broken and unstable.

Gem in Estes

Fantastic property right off the river in a perfect location in Estes Park. We brought our toddler and 2 month old baby. The unit is a 1 bedroom condo and the layout worked great for our family. Everything was very clean and had all that we needed. Loved the hot tub and location to the river with beautiful trees and wildlife everywhere. Great place to stay for a relaxing vacation! I posted a picture looking out from the unit and received at least 5 comments requesting information on where we stayed. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Beautiful in every way

Here for our son’s wedding. The location of this rental is perfect. Beautiful scenery, great hot tub, comfy bed & easy access into town. Saw beautiful wildlife in every direction. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back.

Mountain cabin get-away

We loved the location of this property! A short drive to both downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great for our family of four!

Our favorite VRBO stay for our first trip to Colorado!

We, especially the kids, loved this condo! It’s got a great location, adorable and cozy decor, and the staircase and loft was perfect for our 11 and 6 year old kids! We stayed in three different locations during our trip to CO and this was our kids favorite condo! We loved it too! We evidently were visiting Breckenridge in an off-time so there were many things that were not going on like the gondolas, etc. It was nice and relaxing though because there weren’t very many people out and about so we honestly got to feel a bit like a local and just take a few days of relaxing! This condo definitely helped with that! Just a few things that I would recommend to the owners for the next guests - the main bed needs new pillows and one of the fans we pulled out to use in the loft for the kids was pretty thick with dust. So I think if the cleaning crew could just check those every so often, that shouldn’t be a thing for future guests. The condo is on the top floor and only available via stairs which makes it a little hard for getting luggage up to the condo if you are older or have a handicap, but if you want the view of the mountains, it’s a sacrifice you need to consider! We overall loved the condo, it’s location, and would definitely stay again! The owners are super on communication which is a great plus too!

We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the riverfront walk out! So beautiful! Nice to be able to soak in hot tub while listening to the river too. The cabin had everything we needed. & the front office was super helpful with any requests & questions, and welcoming. They even gave us free fishing gear with bait! Our kids enjoyed that! We also saw elk up close grazing in front of the condo. We will be back !

Excellent get away

We stayed only one night but will book for more i future. Location is great with easy access. The condo was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was also clean and nice with the brisk weather. Looking forward to future stays.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay

The condo is exactly how it is described. The place was very clean, stocked with all we needed in the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. Then the hot tub was so nice to relax in after a day full of hiking. We will definitely be coming up again for a little getaway from the city.

Quiet River Retreat

This quiet condo is located right on Fall River. Everything was as described in the listing. My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Here's the good stuff: immaculately clean (down to the throw blankets in living area), location is excellent, comfortable bed, clean hot tub, clean jacuzzi tub, had everything we needed, quiet and comfortable. Here's the not so good/room for improvement: We would have appreciated curtains in addition to blinds in bedroom for more privacy and light blocking. It would have been helpful for staff to mention that the only way to access the condo is through the sliding door facing the river. Bed is a bit noisy. And last, the maintenance staff attached a hose to our hot water spout on the patio to fill the hot tub next door without notifying us. My husband couldn't understand why the water for his shower wouldn't get hot until I stepped out on the patio and made the connection! I asked staff if the hose placement would affect our hot water and he said yes and was very apologetic. They removed the hose and the hot water for the shower returned after 30 minutes. They offered us a late check-out, but we explained that we were not checking out until the following day. It didn't ruin our stay, it was just super odd and inconsiderate. Overall, I gave it 5 stars because of location, cleanliness, comfort and ease of checking in/out.

Wish there were more places to walk.

Everything was great but we couldn't get the hot tub to get hot again the second day we didn't touch the temperature but it went down to 80. The shower curtain kept falling down. But we don't know anything about hot tubs and I'm sure it's an odd size to find in the shower curtain rod

Fantastic little gem

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. The location is fabulous - love that it's right on the river. It had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back!
