Welcome to Perfect Life! The front deck has a view of the water while the back deck has a great view of the natural sand dunes. There is space underneath the house for grilling. Dauphin Island offers a family friendly vacation, especially great for anyone who wants to charter a fishing trip or take a ferry ride across Mobile Bay. The Dauphin Island Estuarium is fun for kids and educational. You'll learn about the diverse sea life in the Gulf and in the estuaries and bays around Dauphin Island. There is a special rate for longer stays!

The property was spacious and quiet with easy access to the beach. Home decor was basic but adequate and comfortable. Loved both porches! Problem with air conditioning was handled immediately- kudos to the owner! Would love to stay again!

Memorable stay on Dauphin Island

We spent a memorable and enjoyable week at this property on Dauphin Island - house was as described, had everything we needed, particularly a quiet, beautiful beach right outside the front door. Host was outstanding and very responsive.

Very Relaxing

This was our first time to Dauphin Island and this house was just a short walk to the mostly empty beach which made for a very relaxing trip.

Great place for family

We loved our stay here. The location and beach access was great. The sand under and around the house was perfect for my kids to play in. Check in and out was easy. The host was reaponsive and helpful and the house had everything we needed. We'd love to stay again.

Perfection at Perfect Life

What an amazing place! I truly enjoyed this island away from it all. The house is roomy, very clean, has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and elsewhere. You will feel spoiled living right across from the beach. Not crowded, the ppl are friendly and sounds of nature are great. I highly recommend!

Great Memorial Day stay

very quite gated neighborhood ++, home was fully stocked with kitchenware, nice sitting area below. Had chairs, grill, tubes, even bikes. while not at the beach spent most of our time on the large front porch.

It was our first visit to the island. The house was perfect for our needs and everything was as advertised. Great communication with the owner through the process. We are already looking forward to our next visit here.

It is the perfect life!!!

We loved our stay on Daulphin Island !! We searched for Orange beach but this one popped up one day and I am so glad we jumped on it !! So quiet and peaceful the other people in the area were super nice it was not commercialized like orange beach it was like having your own vacation home ! The beds were comfy the place was amazing and Annette was so great and quick to respond to any message I had for her !! It is a must stay !!! Loved it so much !

Bucket List

I rented for one month. I wanted my family to have a chance to come at difficult times to match their work schedules. It was a fabulous time! This is a wonderful house for a family! Plenty of room in the main area with two outside decks. The setup is perfect! The bathrooms were setup great . Huge laundry room with lots of space to store your supplies. Kitchen was a dream space. Everything you needed to prepare meals. A outside shower for rinsing the sand . The grill was large enough to cook for several. Two bicycles, which my family used daily, sand toys, and misc. floaties. A short walk to the beach which was never crowded. The host responded to any questions I had almost immediately. This is one of the older homes but well cared for and worth every penny. I highly recommend this property and praise the host.

A Thanksgiving Away From Home

On a lark, we decided to do Thanksgiving away form home this year. After reviewing potential options based on budget, we settled on Dauphin Island and the "Perfect Life". It had plenty of room for me, my wife, two grown up daughters, and my wife's mom. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms (daughters had to share a Jack and Jill). The living area gave us room to relax, and the dinner table gave us a nice spot to play games and have our Thanksgiving dinner. Check in was a easy with the owner hitting me up with messages the day of making sure we had the codes to the gated community and to the house. She was very responsive leading up to the trip by answering several questions we had about the amenities. The house isn't right against the beach, but there's plenty of beach access nearby and being there on the off season meant the beaches weren't picked clean of shells. We had to do some food planning before hand since there isn't much on the island to stock up for a week, but we did find the Lighthouse Bakery which offered some amazing pastries. Everyone enjoyed themselves despite it being a bit different this year, and we are considering doing this again next year. If we decide on Dauphin Island again, then it will be a "Perfect Life" for us.

Quiet Neighborhood

Everything was as listed. Neighborhood was very quiet since it was towards the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated community. We enjoyed the outdoor space on the deck. Tip: Definitely get groceries before you get to Dauphin Island. Kitchen was spacious and easy for multiple people to help prepare dinner.

Entspannungsurlaub in den Osterferien

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, großzügig und sauber. In der Woche hatten wir viel Spaß im Haus und der Umgebung. Wir waren mit der Familie unserer Tochter und ihren beiden Kindern dort. Insgesamt 6 Personen. Die Strände sind sehr schön zum Spazieren gehen und entspannen. Das Freizeitangebot war für uns mit den Kindern optimal.

Perfect Thanksgiving Stay

We had a great time at Perfect Life. We were staying next door to some of our family as this was a great place for us all to do thanksgiving on the porch looking at the water. Place was as advertised, clean and had everything we needed. The beach is lovely, there’s a boardwalk a few houses down to get onto the beach then we walked a short distance past the houses to play on the beach with our kids. Annette was easy to get in touch with if we had a question. Would definitely stay there if we ever visit the island again!

Excellent for getting away.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is very nice, short walk to beach. Roomy and lots of space, our family really enjoyed the outdoor spaces (Front Deck, Back Deck and nice space under the house.

Wonderful Stay at Perfect Life

We had a fantastic time at Perfect Life. The house was super clean when we arrived, and it was so inviting, and nicely furnished. The beds were all comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Lots of basic items were there too. We loved the front and back balconies and enjoyed the ocean breeze out front. It was a short walk to the beach, and the outdoor shower was great for getting the sand off. This was a great beach house, and we hope to come back.

Wonderful and Effortless Experience

My family's time here was wonderful! Though the house isn't directly on the beach, we were able to roll our wagon of beach goodies and be completely set up with the 5 minutes (VERY short walk to the shore)! Annette was quick to respond and very helpful!

Great Birthday Week

We had a wonderful time at a Perfect Life. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped house. Our only suggestion is to be aware if you have children with you that enjoy TV or internet access the service is spotty.

Loved the covered porches!

Spacious common areas, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, well-stocked with basics so you don’t have to drive an hour for extra tp or soap. Many extras like bikes, beach chairs, floats, propane grill. It’s older but perfectly functional (new deck boards where needed, fresh paint & good linens) & nicer than we expected from the photos. Manager was extremely responsive & helpful. Beach is narrow & has rocks/old posts in water near entry boardwalk, but a short walk west leads to lovely wide, sandy, uncrowded beach. 3 adults, 3 teens, 1 kid, and 1 elderly grandparent (who spent 90% of each day happily on the covered porches) had a wonderful stay here at a reasonable price. A few minor items to improve: tp holders and towel racks in bathrooms (we used the back porch rail instead) & repairing one pocket door to the bathroom that came off its track. Will definitely consider returning - thank you!
