The Blue Dolphin charming 1930 beach cottage.. It is a short walk (300 steps) to the Atlantic ocean. Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms plus an extra sleep sofa in living room which is a full pullout bed. Two full baths. No beach parking needed. across the street in the back to the beach access. The cottage is dog friendly. For certain dogs. Ask owner. Two shaded porches provide great outdoor space with picnic table . Central Heat and Air and, off-street parking is provided for 2 cars. Has everything in the kitchen : appliances (refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, microwave ), plus blender, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, pots, pans, toaster . Bedroom #1 has a king bed and Roku Television. Bedroom #2 has a full-size bed with smart tv. Sleeping room 3 has a queen size bed with a chest of drawers.. Smart T V. Plenty of places to refresh and sleep. Two full bathrooms. One with a shower the other with a bathtub with shower. Other features include a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, Comcast WIFI high speed internet, 55-inch flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. Master bedroom has Roku TV and local channels. 2nd Bedroom smart T. V. Freshly laundered linens and towels are provided. Comcast Wi Fi . Direct T V in the living room . The cottage is next door to a second story unit with no shared walls. It is 2 blocks from 5 restaurants, and 1/2 block from Memorial Park with an updated fenced kids playground, sand volleyball and tennis courts, pavilions with picnic tables and grills. We abide by virus deterrent cleaning protocols using disinfectant and washing in hot water. Enjoy yourself and get on "Tybee time" in our beach house.

Lovely location, peculiar kitchen set-up, not very good water flow from bathroom faucet, yard was a little lacking for ā€œpet friendlyā€. Overall, the neighborhood was quiet and nice for (dog) walking and the accommodations were comfortable. Thank you for allowing me to bring my dog!

The owners were very responsive. The apartment was perfect for my family and, esp., my elderly mom. It was well appointed and had everything we needed from kitchen to bath to bedrooms and an easy walk to the beach. Checkout was super easy too. Thanks!

Tybee and chill

We came over the Christmas/New Yearā€™s week and while the week started out terribly cold we were at the beach on vacation. The location of the cottage and size of the island make many local shops and restaurants an easy walk. The house was clean and well furnished.

Lovely stay

The house's interior was cute with just the amount of space we needed--3 bedrooms, dining and living room, kitchen and laundry room The location was walking distance to the beach. We went sightseeing on the island and into Savannah several times. We appreciate the owner permitted our small dog to accompany us. Thank you.

Lovely stay

My son and I stayed at the Blue Dolphin house while attending weekend wedding festivities with family. We had planned on a larger group but the hurricane and other circumstances changed who was able to travel. I let Patty know and she was responsive and kind regarding our change in circumstance. The cottage was perfect! It had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. Thank you Ed and Patty for a lovely place to stay on Tybee Island!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay. The location is great. Within walking distance to many things including the beach! The property is a quaint beach cottage. It's cozy and yet plenty of room to move about. Good place to stay for a couple or even 2 couples. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking necessities. Full size washer and dryer is a plus. Outdoor hose to rinse off after a trip to the beach. The bathroom is small but doable. We definitely will stay here again!!

Great location

Girls weekend this October and we wanted to be by the beach. This cottage was steps away! Just perfect. Three bedrooms was perfect for the ladies on the trip. The kitchen is small but has what you need. There are a lot of restaurants near by. The house was cozy, cute, and very clean. The bathroom is small, but the rooms are set up with a dresser and mirrors, so the ladies did just fine. We really loved the different area rugs and the cute table where we sat and talked late into the night. The hosts were easy to work with and helpful. A great stay steps from the beach.

The property was clean and check in very easy. Only thing I can say was unique about the property is the levelness of the floors and walls. They are not level in most rooms so it makes you feel kind of off balance when walking around. Overall itā€™s a cute beach cottage in a great area!

Very clean inside. Outside had too many mosquitoes. Maybe they could spray for them. The mosquitos were swarming all around front porch and would come into the home. Nice neighborhood. Host was extremely responsive

We quickly adapted to "Tybee Time". We are dedicated to serving you and committed to you having an enjoyable, relaxing time at our
cottage. We sold our previous house and purchased the new rental cottage in late 2020. It is just 300 feet off the beach and a short walk to Memorial Park.. The new cottage has plenty of parking , We have always been premier hosts with VRBO and are now Premier Hosts. We have provided super vacation rentals to families and adults for 3 years. This is a traditional island cottage. Just 300 steps from the beach. Perfect for your morning coffee.. Easy comfortable living. It is just 300 feet off the beach and a short walk to Memorial Park.. The 1935 cottage has plenty of parking , very comfortable .

Cottage is within 2 blocks of 4 restaurant/bars: Sundaes, Agrave, Sugar Shack, 80 Gastro Pub, Tybee Praline Company, and Chu's convenience store, ABC Liquors.. Also Huck a poos and North Beach Bar and Grill are just short drive. One block from Tybee Memorial Park ( tennis, basket ball and volley ball courts, fenced children's play ground + 1 acre grass field for yard games + covered pavilions with grills for barbeques.
