Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We were accidentally checked in to the wrong room which created a situation where our room code wouldn’t work. Management worked everything out to our satisfaction and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, modern and fun!

We had a great stay. The property is clean, modern and right on the ocean. The view from the balcony is fantastic!! We will definitely come back to visit again.

Amazing room with extras

We were blown away by the room and its location. We did not expect all of the extra amenities that came with the room. We were very pleased with everything and would stay here again.

Nice place to stay, good location, great view. Everything we needed although not much cooking ware but that’s ok, Would stay again. Facility staff worked diligently at keeping property clean (keeping lobby, elevator) This was our first time visiting Myrtle Beach.

Would definitely book again but for longer!!!

It went so great just wish we could have stayed 2 nights but unfortunately couldn't due to delayed communication on my end, but it all turned out great stayed in 3 dif hotels in 5 days made it an adventure for sure but saw 3 very beautiful sights off every dif balcony so it was worth it. This 2 room suite was great and like i said would def book again no doubt!

I enjoy the property. The unit had everything we needed, and it looked just like the pictures. I especially love the free breakfast seeing that I have three teenage boys with me. However, I wish there was a better method to breakfast… there should be a way people from the unit can eat breakfast at their own time in the morning instead of waiting for everyone in the unit to go all at once (wrist band would be an option) and I wish the jacuzzi was heated.

Nice stay

Nice clean condo. Plenty of room for the family. No issues at all with the room, only problem was the elevator in parking garage was not functioning.... If you have to park on the upper levels (6th floor) it's a pretty good hike especially if carrying any thing of size or weight. That's the only negative, which i am sure will be resolved quickly.... Other than that an excellent stay in a nice clean room in a great location.

Disappointed

Great view but check in is later than usual and check out time was too early. We did not get to check in at the time of arrival time posted due to cleaning not being completed. Asked for late check out since we didn’t check in on time because of cleaning and was denied late check out.

Mixed Feelings

Read quite a bit of mixed reviews about the property but thought I would give this place a try. Wish I would have chosen differently. Cons: Not sure if this is common for Myrtle Beach but we experienced a lot of “strange smells” from many different areas. Not a fan of pot smokers smoking from their balcony on a property that is listed as “non smoking.” Many times we smelled smoke (both tobacco and pot) as well as when we were around the pool. Brought up to front desk and they did their best but felt the strict enforcement of the “non smoking” property definitely lacked. The property itself is very dated and could use some upgrades. Our unit was nice and clean. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the property. Pros: Unit was ready when promised Beach is close, gorgeous view from balcony. Unit is on 19th floor out of 21. Great to have an end unit. Daily breakfast was great, no complaints. Free mini golf Coupons to area attractions were nice. Not everyone receives free admission so read fine print. Overall: Would not stay at this property again. Have stayed at a Vacasa property twice now and not sure if I would again. Their property’s seem to be lacking with upkeeps and both times we have had not so great experiences.

Comfortable suite for two families

We (4 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler) enjoyed our stay in this suite (1930). Beautiful oceanfront view from our balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious and well kept. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessities you would have at home. Just bring your food. The extra closet space came in handy for all the stuff you need at the beach for a child and a baby. Washer/dryer were a little old, but did the trick. Really enjoyed our stay. Check in was great, we ate at Magnolia’s every day (included) and we really enjoyed our day at Myrtle Waves water park (included).

New Year's Visit

Very nice unit in a top floor with a very night balcony. It's also on the end so no issues with neighbors being loud. Beds and furniture were nice with all necessary amenities. Maintenance was an issue though.

Nice place

Loved the views ant the amount of space in the 2br 2bath with sofa-bed and ugly stocked kitchen.. Only negatives were the parking situation with is a half block across the street and the lack of luggage racks at checkout. Would definitely stay again for the price it's the best option!

For the amount of money we weren’t totally impressed. There were many things that didn’t feel clean or work well. The dryer could only be ran when we weren’t inside due to the loud noise it made. The side of the refrigerator was very dirty as well as the baseboards . There was no working broom or dust pan. The door handle out to the balcony was broken. Under the kitchen sink was very dirty and full of mold. The beds were not comfortable.
