All Oceana Resort properties are equipped with one or more rental boxes. Our guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. THINGS TO KNOW
There is a 40 lb weight limit for dogs. Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

First vacation with my pets

My whole family liked this place for so many reasons: pools, hot tubs, access to the beach, walking distance to many places, very safe and clean and of course, staff was great!

Parking deck concerns.

Stay was good. Have stayed there numerous times. Only concern is how loud the cars are when you are parked in the lower deck and also how much rain came through the cracks of the upper parking lot to the lower deck.

Great place for pets

I loved the fact that the room was SUPER CLEAN! MOST IMPORTANT! The unit is older and could definitely use some updating. Provide a larger outside area for pets to do their business. The area provided for pets is artificial turf and some mulch. Mostly, the fact that the ocean is right at your back door, means everything to me. Hot tubs were spacious. Overall, it's a decent place to stay!

Bad stay

Awful-read before booking

I rarely leave reviews—almost never—but this place was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found dog hair covering the couch, food crumbs scattered across the kitchen, and a dingy bathtub. At first, I thought the tub was just old, but when I cleaned it with the provided dish soap, the cloth turned brown with filth. I said nothing and cleaned it myself. On the second day, my daughter pulled back the blanket on her bed and discovered the sheets in a disgusting state (see photos). They appeared unwashed for months, with visible dirt and what looked like feces stains, as if someone who worked outdoors and didn’t shower had slept in them. I’m shocked, as I slept in the bed next to hers the previous night, and I doubt it was any cleaner. I typically expect to do some light cleaning at rentals, but this was far beyond reasonable. If I had another pet-friendly place to go, I would have left immediately. This experience was truly appalling.

Awful experience

The room was completely nasty, floors, doors, walls, corners, bathtub were filthy. The room smelled like cigarettes, kitchen cabinets were in dilapidated condition and the mattresses were dirty, old and sqeaked every time you moved. A roach climbed out of the bathtub. We were not able to put our luggage on the floor and were concerned about preparing food in the kitchen. We reported the condition immediately and waited an entire day for them to say there were no other available rooms. Our vacation was totally ruined....never ever again!

Disappointed in Unit

This property was the worst we ever rented from VBRO. The website pictures are not accurate. The unit needs a thorough cleaning and updating. The beds were not only uncomfortable, they squeaked and creaked with every move and the owners have known about this problem going back several years. The refrigerator is different from the pictures and is backwards from the picture. It was difficult to use. This unit was definitely not up to VBRO standards and I thought you needed to know.

Great Place for Dogs AND Humans

This was the first time we’ve ever taken our dog on vacation. Ocean Park was great! Although we saw plenty of doggies around, we really never HEARD any. Unless there was a dog directly outside our room, we never knew their was dogs around us. When in our room, we could not hear them. I expected to hear dogs barking all night long, but the insulation must be really good. I would definitely recommend Ocean Park if you take your furr baby on vacation.
