Vacation at a Cozy Oceanfront Beach Getaway

It doesn't get any better than this. Our second floor, oceanfront condo is located 4 miles south of Myrtle Beach at Surfside Beach, SC. A small community, known as the 'Family Beach', it does not allow high-rises, therefore reducing crowded beaches and traffic congestion. Enjoy your morning coffee over looking the beach or the beautiful sunrise or sunset out over the ocean. Access to the beach with its white sands and gentle surf is available via the pool walk way. Beach needs in balcony closet.

Our condo is fully furnished with all the comforts of home. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, cable TV and a ceiling fan. You also can view the beach from this bedroom or access the balcony through the sliding glass door. The second bedroom has twin beds, just newly furnished, plus a ceiling fan. The sofa in the living room opens to a queen-size bed. Additionally this room has cable TV with DVD.

Both bathrooms have been recently refurbished, the master bath offers a large walk-in shower stall. Recently both bathrooms have new tile floors. The second bathroom has new tub surround with tub and shower.

Our condominium offers one of the nicest and largest pools you will find for condominiums at Surfside.

Our kitchen has very recently received a cosmetic face lift. All electric kitchen includes dishwasher, self-cleaning oven, disposal and refrigerator with icemaker. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, for cooking, baking etc. The condo has washer/dryer, wall-to-wall carpet,(in bedrooms) There is WiFi for cell phone and computer use, the password is posted on the refrigerator. A new heating and cooling system was installed April 2017. The outside features include landscaped grounds, showers at the beach walk-way and plenty of well lighted parking. It is a smoke free condo, and our HOA does not allow student groups or pets.
