This bright, second floor end-unit condo has been updated since we purchased it five years ago including vinyl plank flooring, kitchen, bathrooms and appliances!

Just six miles south of Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach is a beautiful family-oriented beach. The beaches are wide and because the town limits the height of the buildings to four stories, there is room to spread out even in the busy summer months. While not as hectic, the location offers the convenience of everything in the Myrtle Beach area, including over 100 Golf Courses, great dining, entertainment and shopping!

Enjoy stunning Oceanfront views from the Master Bedroom! King-Size bed with newer mattress/box spring and bedding, ceiling fan and a remodeled Master Bath with new tile, vanity and granite counter-top are yours to relax with. Step through the sliding glass doors (2021) from the Master Bedroom or Living Room to the Private Balcony with one of the best views in Surfside, and you’ll never want to leave! Master also has full size dresser and end tables, ensuite bathroom and shower, along with 32" LCD TV with cable (Spectrum) and DVD. If you want to surf the web or need to work, there is also a work desk included in the bedroom for connecting with the Atlantic Ocean in your view!

New modern gray vinyl plank flooring added in 2019 lead you from the front door to the Private Oceanfront Balcony. Both the Master & Guest Bathrooms have been updated including Ceramic Tile, Vanities and solid surface counter-tops. Extra storage shelves in each shower area also make it convenient to store your toiletries and hang towels. The fully equipped Kitchen has white maple shaker style cabinets, stunning granite counter-tops and contemporary glass tile backsplash. Stainless steel appliances cap off the kitchen's modern appearance.

The kitchen is fully stocked with both traditional and Keurig coffee makers, all pots (even a lobster pot), pans and cooking dishes you may need. Silverware and place settings for 12 as well as various sizes and styles of glass/drinkware for whatever you may be drinking. Pull up a seat and have a drink at the breakfast bar - the blender is waiting for you!

The Guest Bedroom has a new Full-Size Bed and Twin-Size Bed with newer mattresses/box springs and colorful bedding. New modern vinyl plank flooring added in 2019, ceiling fan and LCD TV with cable access and also equipped with a DVD player to help the kids - or you - wind down from the day at the beach!

The living area boasts brand new contemporary sofa and coffee table (2021), comfortable modern chairs with ottoman, entertainment center with 40" Flat Screen LCD TV with Spectrum Cable plus access for use with streaming services like Netflix, and DVD player. Recessed lighting in the ceiling provides plenty of light for reading, and complementary high speed broadband internet and WI-FI is also available for your use throughout the condo. We also have a separate working desk with an HDMI 24" monitor for use during your stay, whether connecting for web surfing or remote working with a view of the Ocean!

Extra amenities provided with your rental through the use of our lockable outdoor Owner's Closet include beach chairs and beach/sand toys for the kids. Inside we also provide a fully stocked kitchen with all pots, pans, plates, glasses and utensils, as well as hairdryers in the bathrooms ..less for you to pack! Brand new 2022 Whirlpool Washer & Dryer in unit makes doing laundry during your vacation a breeze!

Finally, we also include all bed, bath and kitchen linens and towels (except beach towels) and departure cleaning with your rental for true hassle-free vacationing!

Located at the north end of Surfside Beach in the Shores of Surfside I, you'll be just a short walk from Surfside Pier, where you can enjoy fine dining, fishing or sightseeing. We are on the second floor end unit of a three story, 14 unit building, just a short walk up the stairs. Our complex has a full-size Oceanfront outdoor pool (open seasonally April 1-October 1) with lounge chairs to relax on while reading a good book or just soaking up the sun. Next to the pool area is a grilling area and the private walkway to the beach.

With an outstanding location, you'll be close enough to enjoy all the attractions of Myrtle Beach without all the congestion and crowds. Walk or drive down the beach less than a mile to the Surfside pier (currently under reconstruction) area for dining at River City Cafe, Pizza Hyena (best pepperoni pizza), Gracious Pig or grab a drink a local favorites Scotty's and Bubba's Fish Shack. The condo is a short ride up to great shopping at Market Commons, Broadway at the Beach and other Grand Strand attractions. Just seven miles south of Surfside Beach is Murrells Inlet, loaded with many fine dining and entertainment options. Stroll along the Marshwalk and listen to live music in season and dine at one of many fine restaurants: Wahoo's Fish House, Drunken Jack's, Dead Dog Saloon, The Claw House and Wicked Tuna are just a few of the many choices to dine and relax.

Our condo is a Non-smoking unit and No Pets Allowed. Due to HOA restrictions and in respect to our neighbors, we do not rent to student groups under the age of 21.

We do have a 2 parking space/unit HOA restriction; no trailers, boats, RVs or campers are allowed in the parking lot due to the limited space. Anyone not following these rules may be asked to leave by the HOA.
