The heart of downtown Breckenridge is 4 miles away (approximately 10 minute drive). As a bonus, moose are often seen at the cabin!

The property comes fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins), soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap), and detergents (laundry and dishwasher) as well as bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.

OTHER NOTES:
While we have plenty of space for everyone, and beds that can hold 8 plus the pull-out couch, this property can officially accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in compliance with our Short Term Rental (STR) Permit with Summit County. Babies and infants up to 2 years of age would not count against the 6 guest maximum.

The minimum age limit to rent is 25. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in accordance with our STR Permit.

We do maintain the driveway with a very reliable plowing service anytime it snows more than 3".
