You've never seen windows like this, in a truly unique cottage that feels so cozy and beautiful -full of sunlight and beautiful views in every direction.

The house is located in the back of our 3 acre property, with lots of privacy and beautiful views.

We can also accommodate more than 4 up to 6 guests with our GROUND FLOOR SUITE with fully renovated bathroom, and laundry room with W/D. We've also taken few extra steps to make your stay truly relaxing and rejuvenating:

- We're drinking water nerds. Although our pure water source is a private well on the property, we've added a unique reverse osmosis filter (Perfect Water Technologies) which makes our drinking water taste amazing + remineralizes the water to provide a healthy and tasty drinking water.

- We're also obsessed with exceptional air quality, therefore you'll find many tropical oxygenating plants around the house for beauty and deep breathing.

- If you are a musician or want to jam, an electric guitar is available.

- Super comfy and relaxing hangout spot, with tons of pillows and a mega comfy couch for lounging and watching movies on the big screen.

This is, hands down, one of the best places we’ve stayed at. The views are amazing. It’s so quiet and secluded. The windows and the lighting are perfect. I can’t think of anything I would want to change and we’re definitely going to book here again when we’re back in this area.

Better than advertised!

Dan was a great host and the property was a perfect home base for our son's tournament at Diamond Nation. The fields were only 5 mins away, and Dan's house was the perfect quiet escape from the chaos that comes with tournament weekends.

This cottage was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so cozy that it instantly felt like home. The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. During our stay, we saw deer wandering nearby and a hot air balloon floating across the sky. One night we made a fire under the stars which was truly magical.Our dogs loved it here and the hosts were incredibly warm and accommodating. They were always available if we needed anything while still giving us plenty of privacy. After a long month of packing and moving, this stay was exactly what we needed. We could not have asked for a better place. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning!

This property was so charming and pretty. We loved the details of the painted stairs and the lofted area where my kids slept. The whole thing was beautifully restored, very clean, and a pleasure to stay at! The hosts were responsive and pleasant to deal with. We cannot say enough nice things about our stay there!

Tranquil stay

The property was beautiful, well kept, convenient drive to town, and luxurious. We loved the projector screen television, which was easy to turn on and navigate. All the plants around the home really added a fresh feeling to the inside. We also enjoyed sitting with the windows open at night listening to the frogs in the pond. Very quiet and private.

Perfect Place in Flemington

We couldn't have been happier--our discovery of the carriage house and our one-week stay there completely transformed our time in Flemington. Dan and Michelle were gracious hosts--concerned, considerate, warm, and gracious, and their response time to our various questions and occasional requests was amazingly fast, and always courteous and generous. The house was warm and inviting, in immaculate shape, and clearly so well-tended and loved by its owners. We look forward to staying there on all our subsequent trips to Flemington.

Charming cottage with all the amenities

We had a phenomenal time staying at this property. Its a 5 minute drive to the Diamond Nation fields which was really convenient. All major stores like Wallmart, Stop and Shop and CVS all within a few minutes of the house. The property is vast and super spacious. The beds were very comfortable, great wifi, air conditioned and house was filled with all the utensils and everyday items you could ever need. We cooked breakfast and dinner each night. The property is huge with a beautiful field, pond and tons of places to walk your dog. The host were gracious and were super responsive to all of our requests. Definitely will stay here again if we ever need to play ball on the area. Five stars!

Beautiful with great views!

This property is true to the online pics, a cute renovated carriage house, situated on some lovely property with excellent views. The house is cozy and clean with all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. Located close to historic downtown as well as near enough to major roads, getting there and back was a breeze. There is plenty of wildlife in the area, there was rarely the time I looked out the windows and didn't see a deer or other animal. Our hosts Michelle and Dan were very accommodating and the communication was excellent from the booking, to check-in and check-out. If you are looking for something relaxing or to de-stress this is the place. I felt like the place was personalized for me, unlike the sterile and cookie cutter approach of a hotel room. We would definitely stay here again. The dogs loved it as well!

New Years Weekend Getaway

We packed our bags and our two pups up for the weekend to escape our four teens and start our new year with peace literally… we arrived to a peace sign outside the home ❤️. Property was well stocked and immaculately cleaned. Bed was so comfortable I told my spouse I think we need the same mattress as I slept better there then I do at home. Property was clean, cute, comfortable, and quiet. It rained and was foggy when we were there but that didn’t stop anything. We did the 20 minute drive to New Hope, then Peddler’s Village, then Doylestown and we were home early to relax and order in from the local restaurants. Owners were kind, and accommodating. Definitely would stay again. It was a great reset to start the new year!

above and beyond

The first thing I did was change my reservation. The owner was so completely kind and understanding and changed my reservation. Next, I was late due to traffic and poor weather. The owners ran out in the rain, late at night, to help me while my stressed pup barked her head off. I wasn't there for a vacation but for respite from a difficult family time. It was breathtakingly beautiful, even though it was pouring rain. The home was clean, thoughtfully arranged, and I don't think I have slept so soundly since I was a child. I do see it would be a charming place for a small family, a romantic getaway for a couple, or a place of rest and respite for someone like me. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Cozy, beautifully renovated, fully appointed carriage house

A wonderful choice for a family birthday weekend, including our very welcomed puppy. Dan and Michelle were gracious hosts, offering lots of local tips (definitely stop at Sweet Melissa for pastries) and quick responses to our questions. Fox and geese and deer all wandered nearby during our stay. Nice and toasty warm in the cold early spring, and the tons of natural light made us happy to sit around the house throughout the weekend, especially with the great entertainment system. Since I'd mentioned this was a surprise birthday visit, Dan and Michelle left us some decorations and a bottle of sparkling wine, which were much appreciated. Nice linens and quiet location made for very restful sleeping. We didn't do too much local exploring (COVID times and all), but there are several cute towns within driving distance as listed above. They did a great job with renovating tastefully to preserve the carriage house charm (painted stairs, wide plank floors, exposed beams, etc) while providing all the modern amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dan and Michelle's property . It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our vacation was an absolute dream. First and foremost, the location was simply breathtaking. Nestled in a secluded spot overlooking beautiful land the property provided unparalleled views . It was truly a slice of paradise. The property itself was beautifully appointed with stylish and comfortable furnishings. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought into every detail, creating an atmosphere of relaxation. The living spaces were impeccably clean, and the open layout allowed for seamless interaction.The bedrooms were cozy and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the local attractions. The amenities were top-notch and catered to our every need. The kitchen was fully equipped with appliances and utensils, making it a joy to prepare meals. We loved the outdoor grill and the option to dine on the patio, taking in the panoramic views. What truly set this VRBO property apart was the outstanding level of service we received. The owners were incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure that our stay was absolutely perfect. They provided us with detailed information about the local area, including recommendations for restaurants, and activities. Their personalized touch made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

We renovated this home top to bottom, while leaving the personality and charm that make it so special and amazingly photogenic.

Perfect combination of old world details (original exposed beams, soaring cathedral ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors) and modern amenities (high speed wifi, wireless surround sound system, movie-quality projector and screen, brand new bathroom with soaking tub).

The stairs are hand painted by the artist who used to own the home as his studio.

The windows soar 2 stories high and flood everything with natural light.

Views of the property and pond where ducks and geese come to play every day, deer run by, foxes frolic and hawks swoop around you.
