You've never seen windows like this, in a truly unique cottage that feels so cozy and beautiful -full of sunlight and beautiful views in every direction.

The house is located in the back of our 3 acre property, with lots of privacy and beautiful views.

Mature trees (including pear, apple, cherry, and maple)

Animal sightings (hawks swooping by, families of deer, geese, ducks, foxes and more).

Open floor plan.
New fully stocked kitchen and bathroom.

Fully-renovated and exceptionally furnished with West Elm, CB2, and a mix of vintage furniture and art.

1 Private Masters Bedroom with cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, dedicated workspace with inspiring view of the backyard and King-sized canopy bed.

1 additional separate lofted sleeping area with trundle bed and floor mattress.

1 Ground floor suite with fully renovated bathroom, and laundry room with W/D. Dedicated workspace with gorgeous views of the pond and nature. Hi-def flatscreen TV (with roku tv) and an all season electric fire place.

We've also taken few extra steps to make your stay truly relaxing and rejuvenating:

- We're drinking water nerds. Although our pure water source is a private well on the property, we've added a unique reverse osmosis filter (Perfect Water Technologies) which makes our drinking water taste amazing + remineralizes the water to provide a healthy and tasty drinking water.

- We're also obsessed with exceptional air quality, therefore you'll find many tropical oxygenating plants around the house for beauty and deep breathing.

- If you are a musician or want to jam, an electric guitar is available.

- Super comfy and relaxing hangout spot, with tons of pillows and a mega comfy couch for lounging and watching movies on the big screen.

AC and heating on all floors.

Contactless check in: Guest access via a keypad lock on the main door.
You have full, private access to the house (ground floor suite requires additional fee to access), with private parking for up to 4 cars.

Wonderful stay in a great location. The cottage was absolutely charming with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were easily accessible and very accommodating with a few extra requests that we had. We would definitely book again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the carriage house. Very conveniently located to diamond nation where my son was playing baseball. The house was very clean and comfortably slept my family of 5. Hosts were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed a fun girls weekend at the house. Our stay was perfect and the house more than met our expectations! It has a great layout offering an open common area where we spent most of our time. The upper and lower levels offered privacy when needed. And two full bathrooms made getting out of the house easier. Dan & Michelle checked in and made sure there were no issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, quiet space

This was a lovely 3 level carriage house, with a master bedroom/loft upstairs and a private basement suite. My husband and I took the basement and our teens slept upstairs, which was a nice division of space and privacy for us! The location is gorgeous, the house is beautiful and comfortable, and the hosts were available but unobtrusive and really made us feel comfortable. The property is beautifully green and very well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again!

Girls' Getaway

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable as well as indoor and outdoor seating areas. Property manager was great at checking in and prompt at answering any of my questions along the way. Property managers also made the check out process beyond easy which I was grateful for - very accommodating! It was our first time to Flemington and it is an absolutely charming town.

Adorable Carriage House Cottage!

We loved our stay at this property. My son was playing at Diamond Nation, which was less than 5 minutes from the property. Very easy to get to shops and restaurants from this location as well. We enjoyed seeing deer and rabbits each day in the yard. The pond in the back had goldfish and frogs and during the day the deer came to drink. Our family was very comfortable in the spacious rooms and bedroom spaces. It was the perfect mixture of old time charm mixed with modern amenities. The host is very attentive and check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

Baseball trip

Everything was wonderful. The house and property were exactly as stated on the site. There were 6 of us, plenty of space for everyone. We were there to play ball at Diamond Nation which wasn't even 10 minutes away. Perfect and easy to go back and forth. In between games, we were able to relax and cook food, the kitchen was fully stocked. One night we had a campfire. The outdoor space was lovely. Lots of deer, trees, a little pond with frogs and fish. Very nice! There was plenty of space to play ball outside or just hang with the dog. They do allow pets, added bonus. Highly recommend this beautiful space for a baseball tournament or any other adventure.

Unique + beautiful home drenched in sunshine with every modern comfort needed for an enjoyable stay. We renovated this home top to bottom, while leaving the personality and charm that make it so special and amazingly photogenic. Perfect combination of old world details (original exposed beams, soaring cathedral ceilings, wide plank hardwood floors) and modern amenities (high speed Wi-Fi, wireless surround sound system, movie-quality projector and screen, brand new bathroom with soaking tub).The stairs are hand painted by the artist who used to own the home as his studio. The windows soar 2 stories high and flood everything with natural light. Views of the property and pond where ducks and geese come to play every day, deer run by, foxes frolic and hawks swoop around you. Covered outdoor hang-out spot with skylight + outdoor dining with grill overlooking the trees.. This is a relaxing, tranquil and private retreat, luxurious honeymoon or a getaway for your family with different sleeping options. Never leave the house or have fun exploring the gorgeous countryside, hiking trails and small towns around you.
