FEATURES:
The Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club offers top of the line golf and tennis. Each is run directly through the Pro shops. Prices will vary depending on the time of the year. You can contact them to find out how much each activity costs.
Peninsula is a full service resort with amenities that include 27-hole golf course, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool with large sunning deck, eight lighted hydro-court surfaced tennis courts, fitness center, and access to miles and miles of newly paved and expanded bike/walking trails. Restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch.

MASTER BEDROOM:
The master bedroom has a king size bed and it's own private bathroom. Enjoy the large TV and watch a nice show while going to bed. A private closet stocked with hangars provides a great place to hang up all of your clothes and keep your luggage out of sight. A dresser provides extra storage for clothes is you like to pack heavily. Enjoy a private bathroom connected directly to the bedroom.

MASTER BATH:
Enjoy the large vanity area with dual mirrors. Double sinks allow multiple people to get ready at the same time without tripping over each other. Plenty of cabinet space for storing all of your bathroom essentials. Enjoy the walk in shower stall or take a comfy bath in the garden tub!

GUEST BEDROOM #1:
The guest bedroom features a Queen bed and private TV. A dresser provides storage for clothes. Enjoy your own private bath that connects directly to the bedroom. Lamps are located by the bed for some late night lighting.

GUEST BATH #1:
This bath features a shower/tub combo unit. The mirror and vanity space allow for easy getting ready in the morning and winding down at night.

GUEST BEDROOM #2:
This second guest bedroom features a Queen sized bed. Lamps offer light for anyone that likes to read before they go to bed. A closet lets you store your clothes and luggage so it's not in your way in the room.

HALL BATH:
This hall bathroom features a shower/tub combo. An electric outlet lets you set up your electrical devices by the sink. You're able to store your bathroom essentials in the cabinet under the sink.

LIVING AREA:
The living room offers multiple loveseats and recliners with plenty of seating space and there is sitting for 6 at the dining table. Ceiling to floor glass door and windows allow you to always have an eye on the beautiful golf course. A TV with cable provides an excellent distraction if the weather isn't cooperating in the moment. For when the weather is nice, enjoy the screened in balcony with great views of the golf course. Enjoy additional seating at the large kitchen island. The countertop here can also be used as a serving station for anyone who wants to cook up a delicious meal in the unit.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A large stainless steel fridge has plenty of storage for food and drinks, and the freezer is large enough to stay stocked up on what you need to stay cold. An ice maker is located in the freezer of the large French style doors of the fridge. Stainless steel microwave, dishwasher, and oven with a glass stovetop allow you to get your chef on. Both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee machine is available for you to use. I attempt to keep disposable filters in stock for you to use. You will need to bring your own coffee. Also available for your use is a toaster, blender, can opener, pots and pans galore, baking sheets, and a full set of utensils and drinkware.

SURROUNDING AREA:
This property is nestled between the Bon Secour Bay and the Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge providing access to 400 acres of nature trails, private beach area, wildlife galore, and a 350-foot pier—with fishing decks and picnic areas—from which to catch the most amazing, panoramic sunsets. A public beach and access to the Gulf of Mexico is also located about 3 miles to the west.

For anyone up for a little bit of a drive, you can head up to Foley. Foley, AL, has great destinations to spend your entire day enjoying including the Tanger Outlet mall, featuring dozens of premiere shops and restaurants, and OWA - an all inclusive destination featuring shopping, dining, and entertainment. Entertainment includes a large arcade (often featuring gaming tournaments), a stage often featuring comedy shows and concerts, an amusement park featuring a full size roller coaster, and an indoor waterpark!

Full Facility Daily Rates: $100 for 2 adults and their children or $40 per person. There are no individual packages. Renters must purchase the full facility access to have access to any one thing.
Welcome to our condo. Please read the house rules carefully to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay!

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Max number of guests: 8 - any additional guests may result in an additional fee added to the reservation
Minimum age to book: 25 - a person meeting the minimum age is required to stay for the entire reservation

Not Allowed:
- No parties or events
- No Pets
- No smoking
- No illegal substances or activities

Cleaning:
- Please do not leave the property a mess. You will get charged for any excessive mess or smells left in the property.
- Please take out the trash before your departure
- Please wash all dirty dishes
- DO NOT wash any dirty towels or bedding. Leave towels in the bathroom. You do not need to strip any beds.
- Do not bring in sandy items back from the beach.

Make sure front door is closed and locked upon departure.
Do not share door codes with anyone outside of your party.
Please set thermostat to 76F for spring/summer/fall (AC On) and 68F for winter (Heat On)

Parking:
- Parking is included in the rental fees. You are allowed up to 2 vehicles. You must let us know in advance how many vehicles you will need or else you may only receive 1 parking pass. Parking passes will be picked up at the front gate guard shack upon arrival.
- If arriving after hours, then you will need to head to the guard shack in the morning to pick up parking passes.

Damages:
- Look around the unit upon check-in and note any damages. Let us know about anything you find immediately. You will be held accountable for any damages found following your departure if we were not notified of the damage by you upon your arrival.
- Please notify us of any damage that occurs during your stay. Accidents happen and we understand that. We may have to charge you for the damage depending on the cost and damage caused.
- Any missing items will be charged to guests

Emergencies:
There is no dedicated overnight emergency contact. If an emergency happens, leave us a message. We might respond then. If not, then we will get back in touch with you first thing in the morning.

Maintenance:
- Inform us of any maintenance issues that happen during your stay. We will be out or have someone come out as soon as possible depending on the severity of the issue. It might take a day or two if the issue is minor.
- You do not need to be present for us to get in and perform maintenance.

Daily Maid Service:
- There is no daily maid service
- Towels and bed linens are freshly washed and changed out before each reservation
- An additional cleaning service may be scheduled for longer stays. You will be charged an extra fee for the service.

Hurricane Policy:
- No refunds will be given for tropical storms or hurricanes unless the National Weather Service or the city of Gulf Shores issues a mandatory evacuation
- If an evacuation order is given, any unused portion of rental payment from currently registered guest will be refunded.
- If a Hurricane Warning is in effect, any unused portion of rental payment of a guest that is scheduled to arrive and wishes to shorten their stay and check in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted will be refunded.
