This adorable three bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has coastal charm throughout. New vinyl-plank style flooring in the bedrooms, while the main living area has traditional tile. Open floor plan and plenty of seating for dining and socializing!

The first bedroom is to the right of the entrance and has a queen bed and 32” TV. In the hall is a stackable washer and dryer. There is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo that can be accessed from the hall. Bedroom #2 has one double bed and one twin bed with a 40” TV. The master suite has a king bed, accent chair and 55” TV. It also has a private bathroom, recently updated, with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There is seating for four at the counter to enjoy a meal or snack. The dining room has a very nice wood table that seats six with gray leather chairs. In the living room there is a sofa, love seat, two chairs and a 65” TV.

From either the living room or dining room access the outdoor patio which is equipped with a Char-Broil grill, shower for hosing off beach chairs, toys and feet and two rocking chairs to enjoy the tranquil views.

Bluff Villas are in the South Beach area at the very tip of Sea Pines Plantation. Here, guests are only a two-minute walk from the beach. You'll also enjoy lovely views of Braddock Cove and the Calibogue Sound.
