Searching for a laid back coastal retreat with spectacular ocean views? Look no further with this third row, fully equipped 2 bedrooms, 3 baths 1,426sqft townhome. Beautifully remodeled, this comfortable townhome has space for seven people, two spacious decks, outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill.
Located in the Karankawa subdivision just West of Jamaica Beach, this property is just a short walk to the beach. Kick back, relax, and have some fun in the sun!
This beach does not allow motor vehicles, making your experience more enjoyable and quiet.

UPPER LEVEL
Large open family room equipped with 65” TV and two vintage arcade games. Additional books and games are available for your indoor entertainment.
The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and other essentials like Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, cookware, kitchen utensils and dishes.
The dining room seats 6 people and has a gorgeous ocean view.
Enjoy the breeze and breathtaking views from the deck. The perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or an evening with your favorite drink.
The upper level has one full bathroom with walk in shower.

LOWER LEVEL
This townhome sleeps seven guests total in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ocean view and access to the covered deck with ocean view.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with firm, memory foam mattress, smart TV, and a master bathroom with double vanity and oversized shower. Washer and dryer are located adjacent to the master bath.
The guest bedroom has a full size over full size bunk bed with firm mattresses that can sleep up to 4 children or 2 adults and a twin size bed that sleeps 1. This bedroom has a full bathroom with walk in shower and a smart TV.

GROUND LEVEL
For your added convenience, the ground level has an outdoor shower where you can rinse off excess sand. Unwind after a long day at the beach cooking a meal on the BBQ grill while enjoying your favorite drink.

WiFi, Smart TV’s, washer/dryer, linens, bath towels, beach toys, beach wagon, arcade games, table games.
Parking for two vehicles on driveway.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS.

No parties allowed.

Please note that this property is not wheelchair accessible. The townhome is built on stilts and guests need use stairs to access lower and upper levels.

Clean beach house

Mah Jong Maven Weekender

Our group of dedicated Mah Jong players enjoyed a relaxing and refreshing 3 day stay at this townhome/cabin close to the beach. Fresh and clean, the cabin served our purposes excellently! We had no issues and had an easy time checking in and out.

Wonderful family getaway

We are glad we found this gem. The house was very clean and had all the essentials. The vintage arcade games brought back memories. The balcony has a great view of the beach and was a great place to relax and enjoy the breeze in the afternoons. The beach is just a short walk away. The owner even sent us detailed instructions for the house ahead of time and answered all of our questions promptly. We will definitely go back soon!

Lovely , updated townhome with great views

While the weather did not cooperate with us this visit, we were so pleased with the beautiful property and the communication with the owner . House was beautiful updated and clean . One of my favorite parts was the ability to sit on one of two decks and hear the ocean waves crashing . Great proximity to beach , and the home is filled with indoor activities too . Video and board games were a nice touch when we spent time indoors . Homeowner was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again .

Great beach side home

Great location to the beach, very clean, all the amenities, and the video games and board games were a plus for beach downtime. The owner was very communicative and checkin and checkout was a breeze. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again.

Outstanding Accommodations

Beautiful townhome. Very clean. We felt right at home. Gas grill and the beach toys were great use during our stay. The beach was a very short walk and worked out great for the teens in our group. 2 porches allowed adults and teens to experience and enjoy outside separately. The host really did a beautiful job making sure you had a 'true' vacation. We will absolutely be coming back for another visit. Highly Recommend.

Great for families

Great place and excellent views! Good location. House was very clean and well maintained. This house was a good fit for our family, plenty of room for us to spread out and the balcony/decks were awesome with plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Beautiful beach house

Excellent location. beach is 300 ft away and it does not have car traffic (plus in this area). Property is cozy, well equipped (indoor and outdoor items, including beach toys and beach furniture) perfect for a family with kids. The host provided all information about the property in a timely manner, left a special gift for our girl (reason of this trip was her birthday). It was an amazing weekend!!

The kids had a blast with the arcade games!

The property was great! The two arcade machines were going the whole time we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Having the 3 bathrooms was a big plus. We were really impressed.

Excellent family condo

This was a fantastic condo for our family’s stay in Galveston. We had room to spread out a little. The three bathrooms gave everyone space to get ready for the day without making others wait for the restroom. The offering of a wagon, umbrella and beach chairs was a great offering. We also appreciate the kitchen and having the ability to cook together. Thank you for a great place to stay!!

Great vacation!

Great Beach Rental

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beach house. It is part of a multiplex but felt very private. We enjoyed the upper story balcony in the morning and the lower shaded balcony in the evenings. Being able to see the gulf and hear the waves was delightful. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the three full bathrooms after a long day at the beach. The wagon and beach toys were so handy for the short walk to the beach. We noticed that this beach access area was less populated than most. All appliances were up to date and worked well.

Galveston Gem!

We had a WONDERFUL stay. The house had everything we needed during our time there. It’s a very short walk to the beach and away from crowds. There is also a grocery store nearby, which was convenient. I liked that they had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cart to take our items to the beach. This is my new go-to Galveston stay!

Attack of the mosquitoes

I thought I was renting a house it was condo it wasn't a house cuz it wasn't by itself it was like an apartment style like there's people on both sides like a whole roll of houses to attach together. The place wasn't as clean as I thought it would be my little baby girl found a dirty sock and was playing with it that was underneath the couch.

Great Location To the Beach

Great place! It was clean, has 3 full bathrooms. Plenty of space to sleep. Location to the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Has a cart, toys for the kids, umbrella, and chairs to use! Will stay again. Thanks again Brenda!

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. Replacing the sofas has been on our list, but the sofas we wanted were backordered. We placed the order back in April and we will finally receive them mid July. This will bring an increased level of comfort to our home.

A-mazing!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location is pretty much a few steps from the beach. Owners provide all you need to have a great time at the beach. Chairs, beach toys, umbrella and wagon to carry it all. The arcade games were a great hit with the kiddos and even ourselves. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. Store in case you are missing anything is like 5 minutes away. We will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay

I have stayed in many properties anywhere from NY to CO; I can honestly say this was the best! The place itself is so easy to find, it’s so clean love the fact that there’s 3 bathrooms. Anything you need is provided and it’s less than a minute walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and honestly just a great stay. 10/10.
