Three Night Minimum. $150-$450 per night depending on your stay. Located in popular Sea Isle with Westend restaurant/bar, bait shop & mini store.
Subdivision pool is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day - $100.00 pass is required
(409) 737-2438. Minutes to the beach! Large spacious kitchen/living area with vaulted ceilings. Master with private bath & king size bed, second bedroom also has king size bed, third bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. Peaceful quiet setting. No Pets! We do have a Surveillance Camera downstairs when driving up to property.

Located 20 minutes from The Strand, upscale dinning, dancing, Rain Forest Cafe, Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are perfect outings for the whole family.

Very nice property with all the amenities we desire, and then some. Checkin was easy and Lynne is a great host. Will definitely rent this property again.

Loved stay at Sea Isle

House was in a great location and check in was super easy. House was clean and comfortable with well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed access to pier and beach was short drive. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Great place to stay!

Very clean and had everything we needed! Loved the beds and all the room fans. Kids had a blast fishing! A storm rolled in and we all felt safe and secure, even when the power went out.

Home was as described. Great location and community. Loved being able to jump in the water right from the dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

In town for a baseball tournament. We had plenty of room to relax. We were close to the beach and were able to fish and crab in the canal. The pkace was spacious and comfortable.

Amazing!!!

This is an amazing home! It's got everything you could possibly need, not to mention is beautifully decorated and has luxurious finishes. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time and there was still plenty of room to spare. The owners are also very friendly! We definately plan to stay here again!!

Overall a great experience!

This was a great house with a nice set up. We're outdoor people so the downstairs open bar area was amazing. After beaching all day the outdoor shower was wonderful. We were able to relax downstairs in the evenings, watch the Astros, have some cocktails, eat dinner and fish. Overall, this was an amazing stay and the owners responded to emails very quickly. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Father's Day weekend was awesome!

We have just returned from this home in Sea Isle and really loved it. It was just as described and very clean and comfortable. The deck is great for both morning coffee and evening sunsets. Communication with the owner was really excellent, and we would love to rent this house again. Great location on the canal, an easy walk or short drive to the beach, and a quiet part of the island. Superb!

Our Anniversary

This is our 2nd year celebrating our anniversary in this beautiful home! My wife absolutely loves this place! And as they say. Happy wife happy life! Thank you Ms. Lynn for always being such a terrific hostess. We will be back again next year.

Fabulous! Great location to the beach and marina! Plus you are on a canal...great place to relax.

I don't know why the last guests wrote they wouldn't stay there again....A friend that had stayed at this property prior and recommended it to me.... we loved it!!! The beach house has a great downstairs outdoor bar (with an ocean breeze) and a wonderful living space that is perfect for a beach vacation. In addition to downstairs, there is an upstairs deck with plenty of sunshine and room for all!

Great Canal home

We had a great stay in this home! The location was great, close to the pier and marina with a very short drive to a quiet beach. The house was large and clean and the layout was perfect with plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The property owner was very communicative and pleasant as well. The downstairs kitchen was great! We turned on the TV inside while cooking and fishing for fun evenings. There are also some boogie boards and a few sand toys and chairs that were a great added bonus! If we return to Galveston we will definitely stay here again!

Sea Isle Waterfront Getaway

Great location and easy to find in Sea Isle. Street is nice and quiet. Communication with owners was great as well. We brought our 24" boat and had no problems with parking our trailer at the house. Kitchen had all the basics to make meals and the grill was perfect for steaks. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room at the end of a long sunny day. Like other reviews stated the pictures definitely don't do the house justice. We really enjoyed hanging outside on the outdoor swing and bar area day and night. You must provide your own shower soap/shampoo/cond, so don't forget to pack that. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Sea Isle!

Wonderful Stay in Galveston

We had a wonderful stay in Galveston over the 4th of July weekend. My parents used to own a property in Sea Isle so we chose this area for our family reunion as we knew it well. The property was wonderful! Right on the canal - great for paddleboarding and fishing. We were there with loads of family - rented three properties in the area and this house was a great place to meet up and hang out. We loved the outdoor kitchen/bar area which also had a convenient 1/2 bath. There was a stereo for music and a large TV so we could watch the Astros' game. The house was very clean and well-stocked with pots/pans, linens, and even extra mattresses (if needed). The upper deck offered great views and the had plenty of chairs and a picnic table too. We even had a key to the pier. Tip: Rent a golf cart while you are there. We used K6 Golf Cart Rental and they dropped off/picked up at the property. This is a great way to get to and from the beach or the marina/pool/restaurant/pier. Also, the Marina has a market/gift store for staples and souvenirs. We didn't have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, but it looked like a cool place to hang for some open-air drinks or a meal. Our host at the property was easy to communicate with before our stay, but we didn't need to reach out for anything while we were there. We will definitely consider this property during our next stay in Galveston!

I enjoyed the house. I was surprised with the well stocked kitchen utensils, pans, pots and other kitchen materials. I am used to bringing some of my own to make sure I have what I need. Extra skillets and cookie sheets for example. The kids really enjoyed fishing off the dock downstairs and use of the pier at the back of the neighborhood. My son caught bait fish at the house he used for his crab trap at the pier. By Sunday he caught enough crabs for the crab boil and they ate their hearts out.
