This house is located a 1 minute walk to Bodhi Surf a new business that offers restaurant, volleyball curt, pool and a very nice lounge area.

The Space:
This 4 bedroom family compound is located only 2 minutes from the Baker's beach entrance and the beautiful tide pools in Playa Guiones. The modern design of the house has a spacious family room with adjoining terrace, gracious kitchen with large island and dining with seating for 10. Massive sliding doors open to the covered cabana facing the saltwater pool. Lush landscaping surrounds the "rancho" - a perfect space for games and TV - and backs onto a large yoga deck and the jungle that borders the beach. All bedrooms have air conditioning, quality linens, covered walk out/balcony and ensuite.

Built with a focus on sustainability – featuring natural ventilation and illumination, grey water irrigation system, locally designed and handcrafted furniture, and fully powered by solar panels – this is consciously a “Green” house, allowing our guests to minimize their footprint in such a fragile area, contributing passively while vacationing.

3 mile long Playa Guiones is known for its world-class surfing for beginners and experts alike, with a break so regular you can surf almost every day of the year. Our property is right on the nature reserve that protects the ocean from development and allows Howler monkeys, tropical birds and other exotic animals to be spotted while in our calming oasis.

Chic cafes, juice bars and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and the Harmony Hotel for daily yoga classes, fitness centre, pilates studio and more.
