Ultimate Family Pick a 5 minutes to the beach
Tucked within the gated community of Guiones Beach Club is Casa Bella Mar. This 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bathroom gem of a house has been beautifully renovated from top to bottom (2023).
The open kitchen is a cook's dream with plenty of natural light, soaring ceilings, quartz countertops, a large island with barstool seating and a dining table with room for the family. The living room opens directly to an outdoor paradise where a patio lounge seamlessly connects the house, pool, outdoor shower, and covered rancho complete with gas grill and dining room table for meals al fresco. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, as well as its own en suite bathroom.
To make the most of your morning, grab a towel and your surfboard and head to the beach! It is a quick 5 minute walk to a private beach path and secure gate for GBC resident use only. Enjoy the best commute to many of Nosara's most delicious breakfast spots with a barefoot walk down the beach. Head back to the house to escape the afternoon sun with a refreshing float in the pool under the shade before heading back to the beach for a spectacular sunset. For yoga lovers, the beautiful Bodhi Tree resort is a 12 minute walk down the road or 3 minutes by golf cart. To cap off a fun-filled day of Costa Rican adventures, spend your evening on the patio under the bistro lights or stargazing at the magical night sky. With the gentle sound of palm trees in the breeze, you can relax and sleep well knowing that Guiones Beach Club security is on duty 24/7.
Just in case remote work calls while you’re on vacation, the house is wired with high-speed internet and two bedrooms contain workspaces with a desk and comfortable office chair.
In addition to the main house, the Bella Mar studio is a king bedroom kitchenette apartment over the garage and is available for an additional fee. The studio offers both privacy and additional sleeping capacity. It can also be a nice place to work if you need a dedicated workspace separate from the main house and living area. The house has full A/C

While Costa Rica does have many of the conveniences you are accustomed to having at home, navigating a foreign country can feel a bit tricky. For that reason, we’re here to help curate your experience and itinerary to be the best it can be. From booking surf lessons and ATV tours to arranging your rental car or shuttle, to organizing your private chef and massages, we’re here for you.
Security
Nosara is absolutely a wonderful community and we can't wait to share all the good things that it has to offer. We care a great deal about our clients and for that reason, we also want to make you aware of one of the véry few downsides to Nosara: petty theft (they usually are out for your cash and your belongings as in any other tourism area). We would like to understand the dynamics of the group, so we can take care of you, put you in the right house and downsize the chance of you having any issues with this. Please feel free to inquire for more information. If not included, the property manager can arrange a dinner guard at an additional cost. The guest is responsible for securing and protecting their personal belongings and valuables left in and around the Property and for ensuring that all security features available are enabled every time they leave the Property.
Internet and Electricity
The House counts with a starlink.
In the jungle, the utility infrastructure is unpredictable. There may be power, phone, and/or internet outages and interruptions in service. The Guest should not leave electronics plugged in during rainstorms. There is no guarantee that the Internet will always work. We have an excellent mobile phone signal with Kolbi and data rates are very reasonable. If internet access is always crucial, we encourage you to bring an unlocked phone and get a Kolbi SIM card.
Water
During the dry season months of December through April, the Property may have low water pressure due to temporary or scheduled water outages. We will do our best to notify Guests of any interruptions in water service or regularly scheduled water shut-offs.
Jungle creatures
We make every effort to present a well-cleaned home for your arrival. However, it is a jungle out there and nature can move in at any time. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for the fumigation or removal of insects that may enter the Property during the Guest's stay. Even though the house is regularly fumigated on a maintenance schedule, expect to see ants, beetles, spiders, and other assorted insects year-round. Bugs are especially active during the rainy season, May through November. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, please keep food wrapped, store it in the refrigerator, clean kitchen counters and screen doors closed at all times (particularly at night).
Refunds
No refunds will be given for natural disasters, water outages, internet outages, security breaches, personal property losses, or nearby construction noise. This area is a rapidly growing community. There is no guarantee there will not be construction nearby.
Insurance
We encourage all Guests to purchase Traveler Insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or other issues that may prohibit Guests from travelling or fulfilling Rental terms.
