Oceanfront Paradise!

Great experience from the moment we drove up to this oceanfront paradise until the day we left! The owners were very helpful and quick to respond. We would love to spend another vacation in this wonderful home!

Just What We Wanted!

This home was a charming beach house situated just steps from the beach. The sunroom was our favorite spot to watch the surf and what a thrill to awaken to a fabulous view of the ocean from the master bedroom! We had everything we needed and the house is charming with a feel of a real beach house. We will definitely return.

A perfect getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly cozy, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.The location was ideal—right on the beach, and close to restaurants and other activities our family enjoys. We especially liked watching the sun rise every day.The hosts were amazing—communication was easy, and they were very responsive to any questions we had. It’s clear they take great pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests.We can't recommend this place enough! It was truly a memorable month, and we are already planning to come back next year. Thank you for making our stay so special!

Great location and spacious home

We had a very nice stay here. There is some updating that could be done with the decorating that would make this home brighter and simpler. Example replace the stools at the counter with clean cut sturdy stools. There a lot of dust on the large model ship in the master bedroom, while I understand the "uniqueness" of it, it difficult to dust. The upstairs back porch (facing the street), has a very rusty bench that should be replace. We did enjoy this home and the kitchen was pretty well stocked.

Amazing views of beach and ocean plus gorgeous sunrises!

We were celebrating our 50th year of marriage by spending 30 days in the Daytona area and we hated to leave. The beach and water were beautiful and so clean . Some days we felt like we were on our own private beach!! The owners were fantastic and replied quickly to my text when we had problems figuring out remotes for the TV. Our favorite thing to do besides being on the beach was eating in the sunroom watching the ocean dolphins and the birds. Our bed was extremely comfortable and we loved the decor , a mix of mid-century old Florida tiki bar, it was the history of the house. I enjoyed the private patio with the barstools. The house is close to restaurants and other activities . We did the full moon climb at the lighthouse then took our grandkids back the next day. They loved it and they enjoyed the marine science center. We witnessed 2 rocket launches ,,discovered turtle tracks coming out of the ocean a nest site and tracks going back into the ocean three separate mornings then one morning baby turtles struggling to get through the surf! I could go on with all our amazing adventures , this was a vacation we will never forget and best of all our grandkids will always remember!

Paradise!

We loved our stay here! The beach views are incredible and the beach is so peaceful - at times we had the whole beach all to ourself. The house is super comfortable and Tamara was a wonderful host. We hope to go back one day!

Another week in paradise

This was our second stay at this lovely beach front home and it was even better than the first. It was very hard to leave and go back to "reality". The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. You can't beat the views and the access to the beach. Tamara was extremely thoughtful and helpful through our booking and planning process. We can't wait to come back!

Wonderful Beach House

This was our second time to rent this home in as many years, and this year we stayed an additional week because we love it so much. Returning this year felt like coming home and the owners are great people! The home is a perfect beach home, welcoming and offering all you need for a great vacation. We will definitely rent again. A+!

Spectacular Views, Great Location

Home was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed and more. The Giant Jenga was a hit! Close to everything but far enough away for a quite beach that's just steps away. The sunrises and sunsets where spectacular. Already missing it and ready to go back.

Quarantine paradise

The beachfront home is in a perfect location. In these times we were able to distance ourselves from others and enjoy a great time in the water and in the beach. The views were spectacular both in the mornings and at night. After a long day at the beach we had dinner and played board games while watching the ocean from the dining room. It was an enjoyable time which ended too quickly.

Great Family Vacation

The beach views are amazing. We really enjoyed the upstairs deck to watch the sunrise and sunset. The house was furnished with everything we needed. The location was in a nice neighborhood and the neighbors on both sides were very friendly. We'd certainly visit again.

Comfy beach house with unbeatable views

Lots of space and lots of light pouring in from the windows made this the best beach house we have stayed in yet. Loved the antique ships and nautical décor, the many options for outdoor seating, the master suite, the proximity to the waves and the views of the surfers, occasional dolphins, etc. Property is close to restaurants, Publix, hiking areas and Daytona. Biking not so good on the sidewalks but a mountain bike on the beach would work. Dogs loved being there and two dog parks are within 3 miles. Tamara and Mark were excellent hosts and communicated well. No problems! We shall return.

End of Summer vacation

We had a wonderful time. The process was easy from start to finish. The home accommodated all of our family and everyone enjoyed themselves. Being right on the ocean was awesome. The little bar area on the main deck was a great hangout both morning and night. The ability to have our dog stay with us made the trip a complete family getaway. The house was very well stocked. Atlantic Ave is quite busy so there was some angst with that and the driveway was large but still hard to see if you had to back out. All in all, a great time was had by all.

Great beachhouse!

We loved our week at the house. More than enough space for two families (4 adults and 4 kids). When we arrived the house was clean and stocked with all the necessary extras that we needed for the week. The outdoor patio was great for morning coffees and evening drinks. You can't beat the location and views! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation 2019

We had our son and his family with 3 children on our beach trip. Tamara and Mark were great to work with on scheduling our trip. Location is perfect and convenient to restaurants and easy access to the beach. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. I definitely will plan on going back to this house. We had a great time.

"Views from the house are breathtaking."

First off- this is a pet friendly property BUT the beach is NOT. County ordinance passed several years ago prohibit animals on the beaches. There is "beach" provided for animals a distance away-but they must remain on a leash and the cost is $10 per day. Upon arrival... parking was perfect and the stairs leading to the house were well maintained and nicely landscaped. The deck views were breathtaking. Once we got inside we were a little disappointed on the interior. It was very clean but also very dated. The kitchen was underwhelming to say the least. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. No storage for food. Had to use a cubbie cabinet as a pantry. Stools at the kitchen bar are very odd and not comfortable to sit on. Beach towels, chairs and toys provided were a plus! Lots of umbrellas provided. The bathrooms were both very dated. 1974ish? Although very well maintained and super clean with plenty of linens. The house did not flow well. The decorations were a hodge podge of several themes. Ships, tiki, rustic, ocean seaside, lake house, vintage. This "cottage by the sea" could be super cute with decorations and a little paint. Windows facing the ocean side should be replaced with windows that do not open. Hardware is in bad shape. One window leaked during a rain storm. The Master suite was very large and cozy but also decorated in a lake house/ship theme. Closets were quite large. The views were amazing-every morning sunrises when you open your eyes. If the ocean view is what you are looking for-this IS your destination!

Wonderful Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! The home was comfortable with everything we needed!The view of the sunrise from the windows in the dining room and Master were well worth waking for and the short distance to the beach made it easy to grab a drink or sunscreen if you didn’t carry it down with you. Having the smart TV was great for my older son when he sunburned his feet and couldn’t wear shoes or go out in the sun. (Listen to your mother! Wear sunscreen) After 10+ years of making the drive from CT to FL to visit our elderly mother, this may have been our last trip. Thank you for making it one of the best!

Great Location

Beautiful location and well appointed home. Our family just spent spring break there (4/13-20/19) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loads of games (including giant janga) and beach toys furnished and very quiet location on a stretch of beach with single homes and no condos or hotels close by. There is nothing like sitting and watching the sunrise in a very comfortable bent wood recliner while sipping your morning coffee! You will love it!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This is a true beach house. Purpose built to maximize enjoyment of the beach and views. Windows everywhere provide interior views and four separate patio/decks create a outdoor living space paradise. The beach is so close it practically could be called an extra playroom for the house. If there isn't a little sand on the floor and in the bed sheets, then you are not making proper use of the place.
