"Sea Breeze" Family Beachfront Home w/ Private Pool & Game Room
"Sea Breeze" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a luxury beachfront home. This rental features 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. Boasting features such as a private beachfront pool, indoor game room, multiple open concept living areas, indoor elevator and stunning views of the emerald coast from all fully furnished walkout balconies! Located on the tranquil West end of Panama City Beach, it's in a prime location for the perfect beach getaway.
Located on the first floor of the home are three queen over queen bunk bedrooms, each with private en-suites. Also on this floor you will find a spacious poolside entertainment room featuring foosball, a pool table, large flat screen tv and an oversized kitchenette with ample counter space and seating (for added convenience there is also a half bathroom). The main hallway has a stackable washer and dryer which comes in handy for a quick-dry of your towels and swimsuits! The sliding glass doors open up to the large private beachfront pool and deck which include lounge chairs, a dining table and charcoal grill. Just a few steps from the pool deck is a private beach boardwalk and outdoor shower as well.
Head up to the second floor and experience the stunning beach views from every angle of the main kitchen, double dining tables and living area. Beachside dining is also a must on the open-air furnished balcony! There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, a king room and a bunk room featuring 2 twin over twin bunk beds, each room has their own private en-suite.
There are a variety of additional bedrooms on the third floor, including a spacious beachfront king master suite. In addition to an in-room dry bar (mini-fridge, sink & coffee maker), wall to wall windows with private furnished balcony, the beachfront king master suite also has an open concept layout with a birds eye view for miles of the coastline, its en-suite offers a luxurious experience with a full walk-in shower, double wall vanities and separate soaking tub! Down the hall on the North side is another king bedroom and a bunk room with two twin over twins bunks, both rooms have their own private en-suites as well. For added convenience, there is a full sized washer and dryer on this floor.
The fourth floor has a unique layout of bedrooms on both the North and South sides. Located on the beachside is a spacious beachfront king master suite with a private furnished walkout balcony as well as luxury en-suite with a porthole view of the beach from the soaking tub, large double vanities and full walk-in shower. On the opposite end of the home is an awesome dorm-style room that is spacious enough to feature two twin over twin bunks, two single twin beds one queen over queen bunk, an in-room vanity and additional double shower bathroom.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"Sea Breeze" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk!

4th Floor - Sleeps 12 Multi-Bed Room - 2 Twin over Twin Bunks, 1 Queen over Queen Bunk and 2 Separate Twins with en suite, street view King Bedroom with en-suite, beach view
Sea Breeze requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:
2026: Summer: May 22 - July 31 (Friday - Friday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and must be signed within 72 hours of booking. A valid credit card is required to be put on file. Please review the following important details:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing: All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
The Damage Waiver is a non-refundable fee that is included in the total. This covers any accidental damage reported to management immediately
The primary registrant MUST be 25 years of age. We require 1 parent/guardian be present at the property for every 3 guests between the ages of 18-25.
The rental agreement (sent separately) must be signed and returned within 72 hours to guarantee the reservation.

How was very spacious, the kitchen cabinets were a little worn out but clean. We had an issue with two showers but it was resolved the next morning. It was nice but too pricey!

Great location and house. With our large group…. Only thing we lacked was storage for the food. Could’ve used a second fridge also.
Nice to have to different floor. Plenty of room for all of us.

Well Appointed with Amazing Service
The house itself is extremely well appointed with quite a bit of consideration put into the layout and amenities. We had around 20 people and it never felt crowded.
The very few and very minor issues were handled extremely quickly buy the company with an amazing here-to-serve attitude.
Will definitely book again!

Perfection!!
What a house, what a location!! House is top notch, large, beautiful, tastefully decorated, AMAZING views, awesome pool. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms for large gatherings, great bunk room for kids (with 2 sinks and 2 showers), first floor game/TV/hangout room with sink, ice machine, dishwasher, bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, large stove and refrigerator. TV room and dining room are amazing for large groups - location is perfect - super chill and quiet - away from the craziness of Rosemary and Panama City but easy drive if you want to visit - we felt like we had the beach to ourselves during the day - . Holiday Beach Rentals management company was very easy to work with, Cassandra was great...

there were multiple times during our stay that I caught myself saying..."we are so lucky to be here..." the location of the house is great as well as the general set up. sadly for us, our group was large enough that we also rented another VRBO a few houses down...and I definitely had house envy.the "Sea Breeze" location is well-loved and is a great place to stay if you have a large number of children. the rugs and furniture had lots of stains and the general overall feel of the house was worn, with a missing cabinet/drawer for the trash in the kitchen and one of the ice machines being a little sketch on the sanitary side. oh, and the laundry set up was a tad scary, with lent traps creating some concern. that said, the house was bright and kid-friendly....and our guests did enjoy their time at the house.our favorite parts of the experience was the beach chair/umbrella set up each day of our visit...the beach bonfire the rental company helped set up for us...the bikes! so many of the added amenities with the house rental company created a charming experience and i am so glad that we did them.

Loved the beautiful house. Furnished absolutely wonderful with everything you could possibly need. Very clean. Loved being so close to the beach, just walk out your back door. Would definitely rent again.
