Bring Family and Friends to this spacious 3 bedroom (5 Beds) , 2 Bathroom renovated home. Home includes:
* Game Room with 55 inch TV and Ping Pong Table.
* All rooms have large Smart LED TV's, Sony Playstation in Living Room.
* Master Suite with adjoined bunk beds for kids to be close to parents.
* Patio has outdoor seating and a gas BBQ
* Quiet Neighborhood and near Airport, Downtown Riverwalk, MidTown, Armature Works, Hyde Park and RJ Stadium. Close to bars, restaurants and shopping!
The space
The home has been updated with new floors, lighting, paint and many nice touches have been added to the rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. The game room has a ping pong table, Large Smart TV and there are several board games in the cabinet. The large back Patio can be used for outdoor eating, playing cards or board games, or just enjoying the night. The Gas Grill is on the Patio.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to all of the available space on the property. The back yard is accessible through the home ( door in BR #1 into Patio).

The property was great, location is central to where we were going. Did need some minor touches but overall comfortable and very homie. Will definitely come back. The owners respond very quickly with any questions or concerns.

Awesome home near the Stadium!

We had a quick visit to Tampa and found this gem near the Stadium. Hosts provided excellent and friendly communication and price was very reasonable. Home was updated and very nice. Highly recommended and we will stay again if we make our way back to Tampa!

Great Location Amazing Hosts

My friends and I were in Tampa for a Joyce Meyer conference at the Amalie Center. Our hosts were so gracious to let us have an early checkin time. The home was immaculate and perfectly located for our event. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles and everything we needed was provided. Excellent family short trip for college graduation

Everything was perfect! The house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's immaculate, comfortable and has everything you can think of. The whole process was smooth and easy, from the booking to check in. Mike and Diana were so kind to arrange early check in, so that my elderly mother can get some rest after a long day of traveling. They were responsive and communicative throughout the process. Thank you, Mike and Diana for sharing your lovely home!

Perfect place for a group in an ideal location

The property, the location, the parking, the cleanliness- everything was truly perfect. We arrived immediately noting the quiet and safe neighborhood with residential homes and yards full of mango and papaya trees. Check-in was a breeze and within a second of arriving we were unpacking the car. The house is exactly as described but much bigger/spacious than anticipated! The rooms and closets have ample room for luggage and the space is made to host groups. We didn’t even use the patio or game room due to our short trip, but I would highly recommend this space for larger groups. The house is fully updated, the AC blows cold and the shows are hot! Important to note that the kitchen is lovely, modern, and has full-sized new appliances. We didn’t use the washer and dryer but they looked new and large. Our party included a 2 year old and we felt the space was quite accommodating for a little semi-wild creature like her. Last, this location is 3-10 minutes from all the best places in Tampa. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Chris Stapleton weekend

We stayed for 2 nights for the Chris Stapleton concert. House was very clean and modern. Owners are very welcoming and checked on us during our stay to make sure all was well. It is relatively close to the airport, but we were not bothered by airplane noise at all. In fact, the entire neighborhood was very quiet. If the opportunity ever comes up again, we would definitely be open to staying again.

Comfortable and Clean House!

This property was great. It was very comfortable for the 4 days we were in Tampa for my daughter's graduation from University of Tampa. The home isn't in the nicest area of Tampa but it served it's purpose and seemed very quiet. It was in a good location to get to everything we needed. We even traveled to Clear Water, Palm Harbor and Safety Harbor while we were visiting.

The property was very welcoming. The living quarters was adequate for our two day stay offering essential supplies for home cooked dinners and family game time. All amenities worked properly and the beds were comfortable! Beautiful stay!

Stay was enjoyable. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Living room was a bit tight with all the furniture and we didn't receive any checkout instructions until after we left. In general, it was a good rental.

Great Stay

This property felt like home. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. This property is within close proximity to a lot of shops and the Tampa Bay stadium. We enjoyed the game room.

Birthday trip

Booked this cute place because it had 3 bedrooms 2 baths and the game room sealed the deal. It was absolutely impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Very good experience and I highly recommend.

Billy Joel & Sting concert

Great location to stadium, Armature Works, Hyde Park, the River Walk and more. Nicely updated house that suited our needs for a long weekend. Many homes are being renovated and new ones being built, lots of VRBOs in this area, so we were happy with the neighborhood which felt safe and was quiet. Listing as described. No direct contact or sighting of our hosts, except maybe the man who came to our door offering to pray with us, was that you Mike??? Easy check in - keyless entry and nice 12 pm checkout time. Thanks for sharing your home!

Everything was great!

Everything was as noted! We stayed the week for racing at EastBay Raceway park. With it being the last year we have to find another track to visit. You will not be disappointed to stay here and if we come back we’ll most definitely stay here!

Just a two day stay, but nice.

The property was available at the specified time. Everything was in good working order and everything was very clean. Although we did not use the kitchen, it appears that everything you would need was provided. It was me, my wife, and a friend, so we were looking for two-bedroom accommodations. The location was convenient for the show we were attending.

Amazing Stay

If you're looking for a property that's close to everything and in a great neighborhood this is it! The hosts Mike and Diana communicate very quickly, and will be there if you need anything. I enjoyed my stay and would come back again :)
