Aloha from Waikiki! We are a short-term vacation rental company, we are not part of the hotel. The Royal Garden is located at 440 Olohana St., walking distance to everything. Take a short stroll to Luxury Row on the Waikiki "Strip", and the Ala Moana Shopping Center or Hawaii Convention center is in walking distance. A short yet beautiful 10 minute walk to the world famous Waikiki Beach.

RENTAL INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Bed linens and bath/beach towels
- Keurig Coffee Maker
- Dishes, silverware & cookware
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, replenish towels or toiletries, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or cooler.

PARKING: We don't provide parking. Daily "hotel valet parking" $50/day (CASH). The hotel does not accept advanced parking reservations and it is treated first come, first serve upon arrival and no guarantees as we are not affiliated (Price subject to change w/o notice). Public transportation is also very convenient.

CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, to guarantee a late check-out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The location was very convenient, only a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Great to enjoy the life! The room was perfect, had everything we needed and was well represented. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having the use of the laundry room, especially because we were there for almost a month. The pool was warm and had a great deck and area for soaking up the sun. We would recommend this stay and will return.

Not a great stay. Could not use the 1 1/2 foot wide lanai, very clever pictures that we could not pick that up. Closet door lights faded then would not work towards the end of week one. TV would not work one night, for no apparent reason. Hotel maintenance guy got it working sort of. I opened the breaker for the TV for 30 secs, inputted proper time and seemed to work Ok after that. The futon/coach was broken, it would not go close to vertical so we could sit and read on it. Stove was very slow to heat, wonder if one phase may be not working? There were no plugs in the kitchen sink or bathtub. Bathtub, I could see, but doing dishes in the sink was horrible. Location was great. Pool was great. Had an issue with my forgetting about checkout date versus night of accomodation. Was solved very quickly and efficiently which I appreciate. Small things to clean up. Thanks

This condo is in a great walkable area with plenty of restaurants and food trucks around, close to general store shopping (tons of ABC stores, one larger Island Country Market) as well as higher end shopping and about a fifteen minute walk to the beaches. Note that this is a pricier tourist area so you will pay a little more for food and gen store items, and there isn't a good place to park, so walking and Uber are your friend. The closest Foodland would need an Uber ride or a car rental; too far for walking. The condo itself was very clean, great view of the canal, up high enough that noise was at a minimum, and friendly staff. You will want to either bring more K-cups with you for the machine (I couldn't find a local shop that carried them) or just go down and find good local coffee shop (there are several). I didn't get to use the laundry but did hang at the pool a couple nights. If I found myself in Waikiki again I would definitely stay here. Aloha!

Close to beach, restaurants and stores!!!

We stayed at this property while assisting my daughter to move in to her apartment at the university at Manoa. This was a great location. We were able to walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The unit was clean and fit all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again!!

The bed is super comfy, the Netflix choices extensive and the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked.The room is quiet, with a great outlook, and no one close enough to peer into the windows! The location is good. A little outside of all the hustle and bustle of beachside Waikiki, but close enough that a walk or a short Uber ride will get you to the heart of things.Overall, a lovely place to stay.

A good alternative to a hotel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location (just a few blocks from the beach). The bed was comfortable, and the unit was pretty quiet. The pictures of the place are accurate. We took the public transit to the Arizona memorial at Pearl Harbor, which was fairly easy to figure out. Enjoyed walking on Waikiki beach and shopping at the beachfront shops. We found the free laundry a nice bonus.On the negative side, the unit's flooring is warping and there is no lanai to sit on and enjoy the view. No dishwasher, so the glasses, plates, etc. were slightly filmy due to rinsing with tap water. The unit is small, but that is how it is described.Overall, it was a reasonably priced alternative to a hotel stay, well located, and comfy.

Big windows, nice little kitchen

Very convenient. Sharing elevators with the hotel guests was just fine. Nice big sliding door windows. The kitchen saved me from eating out every meal of each day. The property is a little older than it appears in the pictures and could be repainted. Same for the caulk/tiles in the bathroom.

The property was part of a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. It had views of the canal. Location was a few blocks back from the main strip but we knew that and that was the appeal for us. Only a short walk though to shops, restaurants and beach.Customer service was good and were very accomodating.We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. We highly recommend this room.

Great location

Nice little set up convenient to everywhere in Waikiki Whether it be a shuttle tour or walking distance. Good value. Nice view. My recommendations would be to add items or a list of local favorites, where to get coffee pods, where to find the ice machine. Little things like that. It was nicer than the hotel and the service and response from the owner was great. They made it extra special As we were celebrating a major mile stone and they decorated the bed so it was a Welcome surprise. I highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful place!!!

It is very clean and perfect size for 2 couple but small pool and not on the beach. But compare to price this is the perfect place to stay!!!!
