We never stayed. We are awaiting a refund. We walked in saw how filthy it was. Took photos. Called to be changed to a different unit. No one could help because none were available and only after hours care was open. So we left and paid for a a hotel. We never even stayed and still have no refund. Horrible.

Thank you for the review, Kristy! We also agree about the poolhouse needing some updates. A new HOA management took over on January first and we are hopeful that some changes will be made of the next year or two. As for the location... Unbeatable!

Thank you for your feedback, we’re so glad you enjoyed the location, views, and décor, and that check-in was smooth. I’m sorry to hear the beds didn’t feel comfortable to you; they’re actually top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic mattresses that are only about two years old, but we understand that mattress comfort can feel different for everyone. As for the silverware, we’ve already placed an order for more and will be doing a full kitchen inventory once we head into our slower season to make sure everything is fully stocked. We truly appreciate your comments and would love to welcome you back!

Nina, thank you so much for the review! I love reading them as they come in. So pleased to see that you found the location of our condos to be so perfect, we have been so blessed with this property. The river gives you the out of town feeling but you can literally walk to downtown in 10 minutes, it's perfect. Our condos are individually owned and that is what we think makes them so great, they all have a unique feel to them with how the owners decorate and provide. We can't wait to see you next time!
