Inside, the living room is inviting and cozy, with a stacked stone, wood-burning fireplace, a big screen TV, and plush seating. Keep snacks on the coffee table for movie nights and sip hot cocoa by a crackling fire on chilly nights. Step into the dining room to eat at the table or play board games together. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of tools to prep and serve yummy meals on vacation.

Spring getaway

Very nice location minutes away from Gatlinburg. All amenities were very nice. Only complaint would be that I wish there was a little more upkeep on the cleanliness of the property. Overall definitely worth it

We came into a dirty cabin with no A/C. They took three days to fix the problem. And the cabin is infested with fleas. We ended with bites all over our bodies.

Great stay!

There kitchen had what we needed to cook, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Downstairs tv easily connected to Netflix, the upstairs tv we couldn’t get it to hook up to anything after trying for 30 min, nice bathrooms and deck/ porch. A few things I felt weren’t great were the amount of towels, one per person and no extra, would’ve been nice to have extra for the hot tub. There was a mouse that kept us up, we could hear it in the walls/ ducts and we saw him in the kitchen. the dishwasher was nice to use but the refrigerators water didn’t work. We loved the fireplace and the heater/ ac worked perfect. We would recommend!

beautiful views mountain cabin

This home is inviting right away upon entering! The space worked really well for our family of four adults with a toddler. The tub upstairs is great for littles to enjoy esp.if they are too little for the hot tub. The hot tub was so nice and enjoyed every morning and evening after long day hikes. The views are incredible! The water level was a bit low but we think that is bc one of the chair jets sprays too far up and out if someone isn't sitting there. The king beds are very nice, firm which we like with good pillows and extra blankets. Downstairs shower is older but works well, just a bit dimmer lighting in there as well. The kitchen is well stocked with new fridge. However, there are no condiments or spices so bring whatever needed. I might have brought a better pan...non stick doesn't always mean that even with generous oil spraying! Cabins For You left a care bag with one dishwasher pack and dishsoap, a couple trash bags and kitchen sponge. Bring your own laundry soap and extra dishwasher packs. The washer and dryer work well and so nice to have there! Cabin is conveniently located up on a hill overlooking Gatlinburg a couple miles from the Sugarland visitor center. Parking passes are available there for day parking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Saw a black bear cub in the park but not at the cabin!

Nasty

There were someone else’s clothes left in the drawers of the room our children were going to be staying in. In the upstairs bedroom the pillows has white substances on the back of them. The hot tub did not work. No extra rolls of toilet paper. If you plan on washing your clothes don’t because the dryer does not work. Had to clean the jet tub ourselves because it was visibly dirty.

Almost Everything We Could Ask For

Four of us stayed at the Holly Tree Cabin May 27 - 31. The property is beautiful-- incredible views of Gatlinburg and the Smokies, located only a couple miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a hot tub (indoor and outdoor!), two patios and more. We felt comfortable the entire stay. Keep in mind that some of the supplies we needed were either unavailable or in short supply. For example, we needed to buy more toilet paper, coffee, coffee filters, laundry detergent. We'd bought steaks we were going to grill for my birthday, but there was NO propane for the gas grill, so we couldn't grill at all. We were told that supplies like propane being available is determined on a random basis, which makes no sense. Other than that hiccup, our stay was amazing.

Hot tub out side needs more privacy from the neighbors for couples that want privacy. Driveway is hard to get into and out of if you have an SUV. If it rains the water will drip down to second balcony from top balcony. Fire wood provided was a major plus and fire place was great. Very clean, great location and very near Ski resort (0.7 miles). Very cozy cabin and great views. Lots of space and everything was provided with utensils and kitchen needs. We will be back again to these cabins around this location but choosing one with more privacy from neighbors. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location and comfortable

Overall, we had a great experience. Would have given 5 stars, but property had no dishwasher soap, no paper towel and no coffee filters. These things would have made our stay much more easy. Otherwise, everything was great!

Don’t think twice - just book it!

Loved our time spent in The Holly Tree cabin. Everything from booking the cabin to check out was seamless. We arrived very late and tired in the evening and it was so nice to walk into such a charming place! The cabin was spotless and had a lot of nice updates done to it. Though we didn’t have time to really cook and enjoy a meal at the cabin the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the evenings in the hot tub after long days of hiking and sight seeing in the area. We walked out of the cabin one morning to a bear standing in the driveway! Don’t think twice about booking this cabin. Just do it! This cabin would serve a small family or two couples perfectly. Located within a two minute drive to Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Smoky Mountains.

We were so excited about seeing bears But did not expect them So Suddenly- coming around the drive while we were trying to get the door locked! We had an amazing stay, just was not long enough. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone that would love beautiful sunrises and an awesome view, comfortable beds and great hospitality. If you would need anything they are happy to oblige! The cabin is just minutes from town and the road is easy to manuver.

That is a must for us during the winter. We had to spend an extra $60 just for enough wood to enjoy. We did notice that a cabin 2 doors from us rented through Mtn Laurel had a fully stocked wood pile. Would love for owners to provide wood. Loved the place and everythinf was super clean and nice

Especially after a day of hiking and walking around Gatlinburg! Kitchen well stocked. Linens and towels stocked nicely. Chalet village is great to work with. Love this company. Can't wait to get back here next year. We absolutely love eastern Tennessee!
