Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

The Community Pool - Panorama Point has a seasonal community swimming pool for the enjoyment of it's guests and residents. It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day with hours of operation and pool rules clearly posted.
