Enjoy a calm, casual retreat right on the banks of the Manatee River and enjoy the view! Set on over 100 acres, the surrounding neighborhood features plenty of walking and biking trails to explore. Enjoy two shared, resort-style pools right by the townhouse. One overlooks the local lake and the other the river - both have poolside WiFi! You are free to rinse off in the outdoor shower. Two waterfront tennis courts and two lit tennis courts will be the site of fun games. Cook something tasty on the shared gas grill, or relax under the stars by the shared community firepit. If you're active, there's access to a shared basketball court, fitness center, and a frisbee golf course. Seafarers will appreciate boat access and docks with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy a round at River Run Golf Links three miles away, and walk over to enjoy some baseball from the Gulf Coast Pirates in Pirate City! DeSoto National Monument park features many fun historical attractions and beautiful water and shore.

There's lots of room to relax in this townhouse, with central air-conditioning so you can enjoy each other's company without fanning yourself. Cook up breakfast together in the full kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and enough pans for everyone to help cook, then enjoy it in the formal dining area. The living room's contemporary decorations, big-screen TV, and window-style wall gap will make everyone feel at home. There's a desk all set up near the window, so you can complete remote work with a view. Each bedroom has its own TV, so you can wind down in the plush beds at your own pace. Bedrooms and the staircase are carpeted, while the lower floor is hardwood-style, so you can slip off your sandals and stay cool.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: Private boat docks are available for rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. Boats up to 28' are allowed for $100 per stay. Guests must use their own ropes.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
