## Logement
The accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed and a baby bed ;
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen;
- a shower room

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parkin, coffee machine and refrigerator.
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.
The pool is currently under construction, we are waiting for the opening date, probably for the summer of 2023.

You will be staying :
- 9 minutes by car from the center of Perigny with various bars, restaurants and shops;
- 4 minutes by car from the Palmilud aquatic center;
- and 11 minutes by car from the center of La Rochelle.

For your small daily purchases, you will find a supermarket "E.Leclerc DRIVE" at 15 minutes by foot / 3 minutes by car.

Périgny is a municipality in the Charente-Maritime, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, east of La Rochelle, of which it is a neighbor.
Thanks to the green corridor that constitutes the Rompsay canal that links Marans to La Rochelle or the park of the Coureilles castle around the town hall, the quality of life has been preserved.
