This is our third year in a row staying at the Seafarer. You can expect an older building with clean units, all have different ages of finishes. The property is great, pool and hot tub are nice and the included beach chairs and beach at your back door cannot be beat! We have stayed in a different unit every year. Unfortunately this unit 208 is in need of some much needed updates and better furniture. The bed mattresses are worn out, the kitchen table chairs had crooked legs that are ready to collapse and the coffee table as well is unstable. The bathrooms seem original and dated. Last there was some mold on the bedroom ceiling. We still had a nice stay, but I'd avoid this unit if you have a choice. We will still be back next year! The goods outweighed the bads on this trip and the unit was very clean despite it's issues.
