We sincerely apologize for the condition of the condo, including the cosmetic issues, cobwebs, and concerns with the balcony. We take your comments regarding the balcony particularly seriously, as the safety and comfort of our guests are always a top priority. We will be sure to have these concerns inspected and addressed. We also apologize for the issues with the ice maker, slow-draining sink, and thermostat settings. We understand how frustrating it must have been to return to an uncomfortable temperature, especially during the night. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so they can be reviewed and corrected. We’re disappointed that this unit did not provide the experience you’ve enjoyed during your previous stays at Crystal Sands.
