3RD ROW FROM BEACH! - 5-minute walk to ALDER LANE BEACH ACCESS

Two-bedroom, 1-bath - 2ND FLOOR unit in The Dunes, located in the heart of South Forest Beach. Queen bed in master, queen bed w/twin bed in 2nd bedroom, and sleeper sofa in living room. There is no elevator for this unit.

The Dunes is right next to the bike trails so you can park your car and walk/ride to everything – the beach, the restaurants & shops at Coligny, and the recently opened Low-Country Celebration Park. Experience everything Hilton Head has to offer in this prime location! Our complex has a heated/cooled pool for year-round fun!

ABOUT THE SPACE
Queen bed in master, Queen bed with Twin bed in extra bedroom, and Sleeper Sofa in living room.

Linens/towels included (beach towels NOT included)

Newly remodeled bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Condo comes with starter kit of toiletries, paper products, dish soaps, and detergents.

Efficiency washer/dryer included.

Fully equipped kitchen with both Keurig & drip coffee makers (electric kettle, too).

Smart TVs with Roku technology in all rooms. Log in to your own streaming services. Cable TV not provided.

Selection of board/card games, and books

High speed wireless internet

Beach wagon, four chairs, and umbrella provided for your convenience

The electric fireplace provides some romantic flair with or without the heat turned on.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
OUR VILLA IS JUST A SHORT 5-MINUTE WALK TO THE ALDER LANE BEACH ACCESS which has restrooms, showers, water fountains and the restaurant, Loggerhead Landing.

The excitement of Coligny Plaza is a 1 mile stroll away. Head over for some fine dining, live music, and a little shopping.

If you or the kids need to burn off some energy, head 3/4 mile down the road to the brand-new Low Country Celebration Park with wide-open spaces, walking trails, exercise equipment, and an amazing playground.

We are located directly on the bike paths. HHI is a Gold Medal bike-friendly location

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We have one guaranteed parking space. Parking is available for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis.

Although we love our fur-babies, The Dunes does not allow renters to bring pets.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the condo....thank you so much!

To ensure that our cleaners have enough time to do a quality job for everyone we are unable to accomodate early check-ins or late check outs.
Pest Control service is scheduled for the last Friday of each month. If guest refuses access to the unit, a $70 fee will be assessed.

Great get away

The best

Location of property was great! Chip provided all amenities and conveniences down to a beach umbrella and toys for the kids. My kids have it a 5 star vacation.

Just what we needed. Rest and relaxation.

Had a great stay and the beach was just a quick walk away. Everything we needed was available for us and the managers were fast to respond whenever we had questions. Perfect place to relax after many busy days in the sun. We will be back!!!

Such a great skip out of town place!

The house was nice and clean. Loved the location. It is located towards the end of public access so there wasn’t as much traffic. Our host was great and easy to communicate with! We will go back!

Great location and property

We loved this unit. We were greeted with fresh flowers and two glasses of wine which was such a nice welcome. The information the owner sent out made figuring out where we were, bike rentals, and plans so easy! The upgraded kitchen and bath, games, and great location were wonderful!

Great location and easy walk to beach

We booked our trip pretty late and had a hard time finding something the week of Easter, but luckily this condo was available. The owners were fantastic to work with and the beach cart, umbrella and chairs provided were very appreciated. The location is only a .4 mile walk to the beach and it’s paved the entire way. Also, the bathrooms on the beach access were super convenient. The condo was very clean and I had no complaints about the amenities. I was actual surprised by how comfortable the beds were. I would happily rent again!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed at Joann's condo for almost a month. The location is great, very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo itself is very clean and comfortable, not quite as spacious as it looks in the pictures, but very comfortable nontheless. The condo was well stocked with everhthing you might need and they even have beach chairs for guests to use. Joann was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond which I really appreciated. I highly recommend her place...thanks for a lovely stay Joann!

3 day Hilton Head trip

This 2 bedroom condo ( slept 6) was nice, clean and of a convenient central location on the island—- everything was within a 10-15 drive or closer. We only ventured to the beach 1 day and chose to park in Coligny parking and attend the public beach there. Had we walked from the condo to the closest public beach it would have been quite a walk—- doable but a distance. The owner of the condo was very nice and responsive to all questions—.

That is definitely a mile away from our condo. However, the closet public beach is Alder Beach access. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach and much more convenient.

Visiting HHI for The Heritage Golf Tournament

My husband and I, with our daughter and 10-year old grandson, were visiting HHI for The Heritage golf tournament. Hidden Dunes was a perfect space for us and JoAnn, the property contact, could not have been more attentive. All check-in and check-out info was clear and well communicated. She checked on us several times and took care of a small issue we had in a speedy and generous manner. Although we didn't spend much time in the villa and ate few meals there, it was well stocked and JoAnn seemed to have thought of everything necessary for a stay. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Great owner but ...

Owner very kind and helpful however we encountered several problems. Lots of bugs- silverfish, roach, etc. For what we paid, I would expect good, quality bedding. We had difficulty getting in in the dark/ pouring rain trying to use the wall mounted non-functional code pad. Cleaning crew is not deep cleaning nor changing dead light bulbs (over vanity). With a little attention this could be a great small rental 7-8 min from beach.

Angela, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, in South Carolina, Summer is the worst time for bugs. Our HOA treats for pests monthly but sometimes it takes more. When you informed us of the problem at departure, we had a private company come the next business day to re-treat. I’m sorry the extra keypad confused you. We say in our instructions to use the keypad by the door knob. The extra lockbox holds a spare key in case of an issue with the electronic lock. Our cleaning company provides the linens and we have had no complaints on the quality of them or of their work. However, we did forward your comments to them so their inspection team can monitor more closely. Thank you for letting us know of your issues we are always looking to improve.

A beautiful second story condo in a great location for a short walk or bike ride to the beach!!!

This a great place to stay Lisa is so kind, helpful, very accommodating and super friendly....make sure stairs aren't a issue...... it's a very clean place to stay....the beds are very very soft(not a issue if you like that but my pregant daughter struggled getting out of the bed, pregnancy issues 😆).....make sure to bring extra Paper towels, napkins, dish tabs and laundry/dish soap or run to the store like we did, she does provide a few but we cooked alot and cleaned up alot so they lasted 2 of 6 days.....The walk to the beach is so quick and if you rent bikes like we did get baskets for everyone because she provides the beach toys, Umbrella and chairs(so nice to have there) so you have things to carry them.... Over all the place and location is perfect we will be back if it's available Thank You so much again!!!!

Enjoyed our stay

Good location with a bit of a secluded feel. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Condo was clean, updated, and really close to the pool. Appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella that were provided. Owner was easily accessible.

Peaceful get away

Spring Break

We loved this condo. The location was great especially with kids. A quick walk to the beach and the playground near by was awesome! It was the perfect home base for our trip. We just wish the weather was a little warmer in mid March and the pool was filled (but it does say it opens April 1). The host was very easy to communicate with and had sweet touches for her guests. We would stay here again!

We visited HHI for the very first time in the Fall of 2020 and fell in love immediately. We both grew up visiting the beaches of Florida (Clearwater, Pensacola) but the ambience and amenities of Hilton Head blow those places out of the water. The wide, smooth, beaches are perfect for walking or biking and the layout of the island makes for breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. We love the ability to eat at amazing restaurants and ride bikes to everything we might want to do while still being close to our home in Atlanta.

The Dunes Villas are so conveniently located. We wanted something close enough to the beach to make access for us and our children simple while also being on some of the many bike trails of HHI. The Dunes is perfect for that being directly across the street from a full public park/beach access and right on a bike trail. We can walk (or bike) to Coligny or any of the nearby restaurants and our kids can play at Lowcountry Celebration Park.
