Beautiful 5 Star condo in tropical oasis- Perfect location! S Forest Beach!

Welcome to Forest Gardens on HH Island, a truly beautiful vacation paradise tucked away along the South Carolina Coast located in the South Forest Beach area of the island. This is our spacious 1st floor - 2 bedroom / 1 bath beach getaway home and we have spared no expense. There are no stairs in the unit and only three to get to front door deck area. Two parking spaces are included with the rental and our community has a large beautiful pool - one of the best in South Forest beach area!

The villa is about a 5-7 minute walk from the beach and you can walk and or bike to all the shops and restaurants located in Coligny Plaza as our community is located on the wonderful bike trails of HHI. Whether you are looking to be close to the beach or one of the best golf destinations in the US, a peaceful place to relax, or a high activity vacation our condo will meet all your needs!

The spacious living room has a 46 inch flat screen tv with Spectrum cable and hi speed internet/wireless router. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need (including refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, smooth stove top and over the stove microwave) and there is a full size washing machine and dryer in the hallway utility closet for your convenience. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart tv. Both have brand new mattresses and high end linens. The en suite bathroom has a walk in shower and is accessible both from the primary bedroom and the hallway. This condo also has a private deck overlooking a tropical oasis and has all the amenities that you need to enjoy a relaxing week at the beach. We also provide everything you will need for the beach - beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, wagon, and umbrellas. We pay special attention to all the details to make sure your vacation in Hilton Head is special and memorable and that the condo is beautiful and immaculate for your arrival.

Easy check-in. Parking close to unit. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped although we mostly dined out. Location was great for walking and biking. Definitely would stay there again.

The owner is very accommodating and responsive. The property is conveniently located to the beach, Coligny and golf. We have stayed in this unit on multiple occasions.

Great spot for a quick get away. Excellent communication with the owner before and during our stay. The complex could use some updates as could the condo, but we were happy with our stay. The king bed was very comfortable. The supplies for the beach were very handy. Kitchen supplies were very good. The walk to the beach was an easy 1/2 mile walk. Just wish the weather would have been more cooperative.

Condo is cute and had everything we needed. It's not that far of a walk to the beach...really no more than 10 minutes. It can feel like a lot when carting gear for kids and when it's blazing hot. Felt safe. Quiet area. Pool closes at sunset. Couch is getting a little worn and uncomfortable. The second bedroom opens to the dining area and the doors are glass - there is a curtain you can close, but it is see through, so not much privacy for that room. Kids loved the Roku TVs, ha! Nearby beach was nice, has a lifeguard stand as of July 2025.

Hilton Head Vacation

Property was just as listed. Angela is a wonderful host and will answer any questions/concerns within minutes! The pool was our favorite place. Only a few people there most days, so was very relaxing to just hang out. There's only a short walk to the beach, though seemed long when you have a baby to tow. The location of the condo is within 15 minutes by car of almost everything. Very enjoyable getaway.

What a beautiful and comfortable condo! We stayed for a week with our family of four including our kids ages 2 and 4. Pros: So clean, beds were SO comfortable, spacious master bedroom, beautiful decorations and accents, comfy towels, includes beach wagon and gear to borrow, second bedroom big enough to fit a pack n play in the corner, quiet condo building/complex, clean community pool. Cons: -The floor plan for the second bedroom is funky… The room has two doorways, one of which is French doors with windows that open to the dining table. There is only a thin white curtain to pull over these doors for privacy. We brought suction-cup black out curtains to keep the light out for our kids. Even an adult or older kid staying in this room would probably want another curtain to have enough privacy from the main living space. - the condo was a slightly long walk to the beach (20 min for our family). However, once we rented bikes, we could ride the bike path from Cordillo to Alder St Beach Access which has bike racks. This trip was 5-7 min and very doable. Even with these two “cons”, we really loved this place and would highly consider staying here again. Angela was an amazingly gracious and responsive host. We had one minor maintenance issue and she had if fixed within a few hours. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Home away from home

Angela was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond to questions, professional and kind. The property was just as expected from the pictures. We were minutes from the beach, close to restaurants and shopping and yet in a very private setting. Would stay again. Strongly recommend!

Hilton Head visit

Enjoyed my first trip to Hilton Head Island. The condo was very close to the beach and to Coligny Plaza where there were many restaurants to select from. Owners manual in the unit had great food suggestions also. The condo was beautiful just as pictured and was in a quiet location for evening relaxing.

Great place! Convenient to so much in Hilton Head

The property has everything you need to move in and enjoy. Kitchen is well stocked and even has some extras. All the questions were answered without a call. Just the right value for the price.

Wonderful stay

We had a lovely stay at Angela’s, we will definitely book again and recommend to others. The property is located in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and shopping. The home itself is very comfortable, clean and quiet, with all the amenities needed for a vacations stay. Angela is a wonderful host, readily available and we appreciated all the information about the area that she shared with us. All in all a perfect stay!

Beautiful property. Safe

This place is amazing for all those looking with a small family to stay. Wife, daughter and myself were absolutely thrilled to stay here. We will be back and this is where we will stay. Angela is very easy to communicate with and helped our first couple of hours go with ease and even leading up to arrival. Consider this place for your stay on HHI

We love Hilton Head! The location is private and the grounds are lush and tropical. We chose our beach home as it located in one of the buildings that gives it the closest proximity to the beach in the development (about 5 min walk) and is also very close to Coligny Circle so we can walk or bike to shops,restaurants, and entertainment. Forest Gardens and surrounding area in south forest beach has amazing bike trails from one end of the island to the other. We are also a very short bike ride from the rear entrance of Sea Pines.
