***Rooftop Oceanview Beach House

Our beautiful two-story beach house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. My best spot is the rooftop balcony where I love to start my mornings by enjoying the ocean view and fresh breeze. It only takes a few steps to get to the beach at the end of our street. It feels like you have your own quiet beach area to relax. You can also take a short walk on the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier for food, drinks, ice cream and other entertainments. Besides the Pier you can find other restaurants, bars, Publix grocery, Dunkin Donuts in a walking distance as well. The Cruise Terminals are 3 miles away.

Our 3,000sf 2-story home has a total of 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main kitchen, one guest bedroom, one full bathroom, a dining room, a living room, and a laundry room are on the first floor. All other rooms are on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a private balcony with a street view. Two other guest rooms with one bathroom are located along the hallway. A spiral staircase is also located on the side of the hallway. It is the only way to access to the rooftop balcony to see the ocean view. Last, the in-law bedroom is at toward the end of the hallway. It has its own private sitting room, a small kitchen, and a full bathroom. Our home perfectly gives more privacy for a large group that is traveling with grandparents or a group with 2 or 3 families, and yet everyone still stays together.

There are 2 single-door garages on the side of the house. One garage is our private storage. The other is accessible directly from the laundry room inside. Beach chairs and beach toys are stored here. Guests are welcome to use them. Cars can be parked on the garage driveway and on the front driveway.
