Situated on 1/4 acre, Casa Flamingo is a 1600 sqft, one story 3 bed 2 bath, split floor plan residence. The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.

Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

We absolutely loved staying at this house with our family! The location is fantastic—just four homes from the beach, with our own beach access on the same street, and only a short 1/4 mile walk along the sand to the pier. The layout of the house is great for families, with rooms spread out nicely so it feels spacious and comfortable. The beds are so comfortable, and the double bunks were perfect for the kids. The bathrooms are large and updated, and the showers have adjustable shower heads—which was a big plus for the kids!Inside, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The pool’s heater wasn’t working during our stay, which was a bit of a bummer, but the generous credit we received more than made up for it. The hot tub is small but really relaxing for the kids—or 2 adults!The only minor drawbacks were the dozens of ant colonies around the back walking areas and pavers, a lot of bugs on the front door area—pressure washing the entry would help—and it would be nice to have a garbage disposal in the kitchen. Be careful walking barefoot on the carpet right when you enter, and note that the yard could use mowing and weed control—some weeds have sharp burs that got stuck in the entry carpet that hurt our feet a few times.Overall, this house is perfect for a family beach getaway, and we will definitely be coming back!

The host communicated well. We did find that the house was a nice split bedroom plan and beds were comfortable. There was a grill, but it had not been cleaned by previous renter. Otherwise, all else was fine!

House was perfect and well stocked! Kitchen was great for cooking and there were so many beach items that made our vacation so easy. Hosts were so kind and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Great house for a family! Very clean, comfortable beds, spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub, which felt very private. Easy walk to the beach (we appreciated the available beach cart). Hosts were great to work with. 10/10 would recommend and we would love tocome back!

Very nice house, clean, had everything we needed. Pool was nice. The bed was the most comfortable VRBO bed I've ever used. The beach was only a couple minute walk, at the end of the street, very nice. Was able to watch a rocket launch from cape Canaveral. It was a very quiet neighborhood, which is what we wanted, to relax and unwind.

This was our second stay at Casa Flamingo and we had another great week! We went with 2 under 2 and grandma came to help with the kiddos. This house is the PERFECT layout for a family with kids and a grandparent or nanny. There’s 1 pack and play, 2 high chairs, 2 different style bouncers, and a bath. We rented a second pack and play from BabyQuip and ordered groceries from Walmart. Easy delivery from both services. The house is an easy walk to the pier and the beach. There’s NO shortage of beach supplies. That’s one of my favorite things about this house! There was a baby float and an infant life jacket. Plenty of towels and adult floats as well! Even a cooler! There were plenty of coffee filters, trash bags, and enough toilet paper and paper towels for a week. The maintenance man and the pool service showed up during our stay and both were polite. Many rentals request a lot of work upon departure, but only needing to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, and set the AC was very nice! I reached out to the owner a few times before and during our stay and they were always accommodating and quick to respond. We’re excited to head back again next year!

Another wonderful visit

Check is was perfect. Super easy! Kitchen was good. Only thing I would say is maybe have more dish towels. Everything was great and we cooked a lot at the house.

Perfect home. Perfect location.

We have technology stayed here twice now. Our first trip was over fall break and we only spent 36 hours as a hurricane was on the way and we were evacuated. The host were so gracious as to let us come back and use the 4 nights we missed because of said hurricane. This time we decided to fly in. This house has literally everything you need for the beach plus extras. We used it all. Cooler, wagon, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels ect... Our family made use of the bikes, pool and hot tub. The house it's self was fully stocked. All we had to do was buy groceries! We did find that the kitchen was missing baking sheets. I let the owners know and they had some delivered next day. The house and property are beautiful. Perfect distance to the beach. Fully stocked for living and beach going. We will definitely be returning to Cocoa Beach for this house! Casa Flamingo is a must.

Perfect spring break house!

This was a perfect house for our family. We have stayed in Cocoa Beach several years for spring break and you can’t beat the location so close to the beach. The heated pool & hot tub are so nice that we used every day. The house is set up so nicely for our family of 4. The kids had their side of the house with spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. And the other side of the house has a huge master suite with a little office space. The owners provided very thorough instructions. We will definitely return!

Great beach access, nice pool

We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Flamingo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach gear was great, complete with a beach wagon to haul it over in. There was a brand new beach umbrella, though we couldn't use it because it was way too windy.The hot tub did break down while we were there. The property managers did try to get it working and provided a discount when they could not (we only stayed a couple days). The pool was great. It was mostly used by my kids and they loved it, even using it before we checked out on the last day.

Great Stay, Close Beach Access

This was a very comfortable location. We appreciated the private pool that offered a nice depth even for the adults. The backyard was very private and nicely stocked with outdoor goodies.The inside was very comfortable, loved the addition of throws around the living area.The two king beds are on opposite ends of the house providing a nice amount of privacy.Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The communication with the property managers was excellent. The location cannot be beat-a hop skip and a jump to the beach was ideal. Walking to main shopping and eateries was very convenient as well. Based on the prior reviews, cleanliness and maintenance of the home were substandard. Our major concerns were:Sticky floors and countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, excessive amounts of bugs in ceiling light fixtures, dirty kitchen appliances and dishes, laundry left in dryer, hot tub unplugged, unable to use outdoor furniture due to severe wear and dirt, excessive dust and residue around the ceiling vents and on the walls, used bandaid found on couch, and the BBQ grill was excessively dirty. The home has signs of significant wear. The ceiling fan was not able to be turned off, multiple light bulbs were burned out, broken blinds in the bunk bedroom, and stained comforters in the bunk bedroom. The pool maintenance person never came throughout our stay. We stayed there during the holiday week and we addressed the most urgent concerns with the property manager who offered to rectify many of the issues however we declined this because we had already cleaned. As an afterthought, there was no offer on the host end to reimburse a cleaning fee that is usually included within in the rental agreement as we wound up purchasing cleaning supplies and took time on our vacation to clean up after the previous renters.

Beach Location

This property was very close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. We also made use of the pool and hot tub while at the house. Kitchen had everything we needed.

We Will Be Back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was equipped with all the basic necessities for our 11 month old. We wish the place would have been a little cleaner. There was a pile of dead insects in the corner under the window in the master bedroom. We moved the coffee table to the side to allow more floor space for the baby to play and there was random trash and a press on nail underneath. The back side of the comforter in the master was pretty stained. This item should probably just be replaced. The pool was pretty dirty and the pump wasn’t on during our 5 day stay. There was no cord or switch to turn the ceiling fan in the living room off so it was stuck on high 24/7 which got a little uncomfortable. All of this considered, we would still go back due to the setup of the home, overall qualify, and the excellent location!

Perfect Rental in Cocoa Beach

From the beginning, the owners were incredibly communicative. They shared information about the area and instructions for the home. When we arrived, everything was clean and very well sticked with necessities. Any questions during our stay were answered quickly. Would definitely stay there again when in Cocoa Beach.
