Come see why this 20th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen bed and full over full bunk in the 4th bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This unit is absolutely beautiful! It is clean and well-kept. The beds are great! We love the four bedrooms, which accommodate two couples and one family. The views are stunning! Access to the lazy river and beach was easy and quick. The host is quick to respond to any needs.

The condo was just as it looks in the pictures. Very nice and clean! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for our crew. The views are great with floor to ceiling windows in the living area.

The perfect home away from home

Family spring break trip

The place was absolutely amazing and we loved every second! The only thing I would recommend changing is the trashcan. The foot part is broken and you have to touch the trashcan to put stuff inside.

Family Friendly

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix. It is family friendly with lots of things for kids to do!! The checkin and check out was outstanding. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Fun and Family

We had a wonderful time, looking out over the beautiful beach on our spacious balcony. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots which allowed us to cook meals during our stay. The condo is very roomy for adults and children. We would highly recommend this condo. The property manager, Jill, made herself very accessible to answer any questions that I had

Retirement retreat

Beautiful view of ocean,beach & sunsets 😊. Kitchen appliances were average to poor,dishes & cups were chipped.Coaches & chairs are starting to get worn. Bedrooms are big & great TV in them. Wonderful place & we thoroughly enjoyed our 30 day stay. Hope to come back here next year

AWESOME STAY AND BEAUTIFUL HOME!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for a vacation with my family (6 adults and 2 eleven year-olds) in June 2025 and we all had a blast! The unit was clean and beautifully decorated and we loved the proximity to the beach. One thing I wish we knew was that you do need arm bands to walk the property or else you will be stopped by security - but the owners keep a set of bands in the drawer above ice maker in kitchen. The kids LOVED the lazy river and water slide. While there, we celebrated my Dad's 75th birthday and got carry out seafood boil from Lartigue's Seafood market. You walk in - tell them the number of people you are feeding and they have the food ready in 15 minutes - so easy! There are lots of activities and shopping nearby as well. We were tired on the last day and took a dolphin cruise with The Fun Boats. Two boats went out that evening and they let the kids do a water battle with water guns between the two boats at the end - FUN! You will not regret booking this unit!! Super clean, perfect location, and amazing views!!

The bed pillows in this unit need to be replaced and we didn't have enough pillow cases for all the beds to begin with, but the property manager took care of that as soon as we let them know! Also, the cooking equipment in the kitchen could also use an update. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation!

Great location but okay rental

Excellent-ViewLocationCheckin and check out processGood-SpaciousLot of light Good Bed roomsBad-Cleanliness - Apartment looks clean in first look, however when you start using some stuff, you see the difference, the ice in mini fridge was yellow. The trash can was broken, the dishwasher clogged because of dirty filter.Service - We have been to other home stays before but this is the first time I was contacting the property owner for supplies like trash bags/ towels etc. when I asked them they said they can only give couple of extra trash bags and Walmart / Publix is just 5 10 min away. We were 14 people in our group. There were no board games or anything for kid’s entertainment, I have always seen cards, board games in stays like this.

LOVED the pool area with slide and lazy river and the spacious balcony with table and chairs. Proximity to beach was great. Cleanliness was the major issue---coffee grounds in the water tank of coffee pot, lint filter screen above dryer broken, some dishes, pans and utensils dirty in cabinets, only 2 dish towels (really?), furniture and rugs spotted/dirty. Other major issue was ability to access highway----nearly impossible to turn left from property...need more crosswalks along highway.

Needs a deep cleaning and new furniture

The location and views were great- second time staying at this property; however, this unit was disgustingly dirty. I don’t know which was worse, the smell of the dirty mop used to clean the floors which permeated throughout, the old dingy smelly furniture (couch, pillows, all four comforters reeked) or the heavily stained dining table with huge stains on each of chair cushions. They should seriously buy all new furniture and bedding before anyone else stays in 2001. It’s smells old and dirty, the bathrooms smell like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. The kitchen counters were not cleaned nor was the dining table. Highly disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this unit.

Just Okay

I was told this condo was very clean. It was not. There was dirt and dust on baseboards, corners, window casings, cabinet doors, inside cabinets, air vents, etc. The furniture is worn and dirty! They need to be replaced. The rugs are disgusting. The bed linens were old and needed replacing, as did the towels, which could also be updated. There is NO kitchen washcloth, just 2 hand towels. The windows were streaky, and the floor could have been mopped better before we arrived. The can opener was broken so we were unable to open some canned food. Also, I was told there were pizza pans. There were no pizza pans or cookie sheets. There were plenty of pots and 1 large lasagna pan.The worst part is that we thought our 3-year-old went on the elevator alone when we were heading up to our condo. Fortunately, she was with older siblings, and we just didn't realize it. The front desk was very sympathetic to our situation. However, they were struggling with the security cameras and took way too long to respond. This is HUGE! The security needs to be trained properly to handle situations like this and the equipment needs to be updated. A child could be abducted and long gone before the security would be able to locate them on the cameras.The pools were nice and the beach access was convenient. There is complimentary coffee served in the lobby during morning hours.

Plenty of room for 6 adult females. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for 6 Italians who love to cook!! But I can’t write this review without mentioning Jil, with Phoenix rentals. I just can’t say enough about how much she did to make our stay even better than we could have ever imagined. I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach at least 3 times a year for the past 20 yrs and have never had such a wonderful contact person who was so sincere and kind . For this, I will be a repeat customer with her and will refer my family and friends. Thanks again and see you soon I hope!!
